We used to love these cinnamon rolls; the filling was already on the dough and really tasty. We've just had the "new recipe" ones... Yuck!
There's now some sort of chocolate paste that needs to be spread over the dough, it gets everywhere and when trying to cut into individual rolls, it squirts out. Very fiddly and messy. They don't taste very nice either. Won't be buying these again sadly.

Such a faff I’m so sad these used to be my favorite i opened it up and saw it changed the paste is runny and the dough is so sticky witch makes it hard to slice I feel like crying

The new recipe is awful. I will not buy jusrol cinnamon swirls again and they don't even merit 1 star. The cinnamon paste is like brown glue with no flavour. Tasteless, messy and totally unsatisfying.

Well won’t be buying these again new recipe costing more, more work and really not as nice as the old style obviously trying to save on production as well as increasing the price. And the taste has changed too not for the better.

New cinnamon swirl horrible, will not buy again the old style was tasty & smelled lovely when baking please bring it back.

Absolutely raging at the changes to the previously perfect Cinnamon Swirls! What on God's green earth were you thinking in making these changes Jus-rol?! Was the product development team on drugs (downers) that day?! These now taste no better than my old ma's cinnamon bun attempts and thrifty baker that she was, she used to use floor sweepings and pocket lint for the filling as a way to cut costs. Are you now following the same recipe Jus-rol? I can assure you, Ma's buns did not win any prizes as the village fete. I ate one of these new 'swirls' (actually unswirled during baking) and was so puce with rage at the 'improvements' I threw the rest through my (closed) bathroom window, hitting poor postie in the face. He tried one as well and had to take the rest of the day off so my neighbours are now waiting an extra day for important mail including Cyril at number 42 who is awaiting the results of an important urine test. Speaking of which, that is highly reminiscent of the taste now left in my mouth since trying these new swirls, both literally (my mouth now tastes like I can only imagine Cyril's urine to taste after being posted to the lab) and metaphorically, the bad bad taste this 'new recipe' has left in my mouth. On top of all this there is now an extra plastic pot in the packaging which is good for nothing except perhaps the forementioned urine sample. I am incandescent with rage at the new changes and implore you to change the recipe back Jus-rol. Otherwise you can Jus-rol right on out of my shopping trolley, never to darken my doors again. I mean, honestly!!!!!

The new recipe and extra hassle has made the cinnamon swirls a no go in our household. We used to love this product, but won't be buying again. Also an extra single use plastic pot per pack... Poor.

Since they have changed their recipe of the cinnamon swirls and pain au chocolat they are horrible. They taste bland and chemical like and the cinnamon swirls are a hassle to prepare now as you have to add the cinnamon paste and unroll the pastry yourself, extra single use plastic and the dough falls to bits when trying to cut it into segments and then when they're cooked they taste awful. No more lovely taste of cinnamon but a horrid artificial taste instead. I won't be buying again.

Loved buying jus-roll cinammon, but they brought out a new recipe. You now have to unroll and spread the cinammon yourself and roll it back and cut it then bake it. It has become very messy, rolling it back is loose and slicing it has never been the same as the old roll. The taste is also very different. Another customer gone.

Jus roll cinnamon swirls, the new recipe is awful,and now you have to put it all together yourself which seems to be an impossible task,dough seem to be different as well,,,will not be buying again,,,,sack who ever thought this change was a good idea

Jus Rol cinnamon swirls used to be a breakfast staple in our house, but they have changed the construction so instead of being pre-made and easy to use, you now have to put them together yourself.
This is exceedingly difficult to do.
We will not be buying again. Whoever made this decision should be fired.

I bought a Jus-Rol, pre-rolled dough pizza. Followed the instructions thoroughly, & the pizza was terrible. The dough did not bake correctly. Another complaint I have is why did u put Canola Oil in the ingredients? Canola oil is dangerous to put in our bodies. This is supposed to b NON-GMO VERIFIED, BUT PUTTING CANOLA OIL IN IT, TAKES OUT THE NON-GMO. ALSO, WHEN I ROLLED OUT THE PRE-ROLLED DOUGH, THE PAPER WAS MESSED UP. IT DID NOT ROLL OUT ON THE PAPER, ONLY PART-WAY. IT GOT BROWN ON THE BOTTOM, BUT THE DOUGH WAS NOT DONE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PIZZA. IT WAS DOUGHY. I AM VRY DISAPPOINTED. WHAT CAN UR COMPANY DO ABT IT?

On a recommendation we just tried these and were fairly hopeful that they would be nicer than the frozen ones we usually buy & which are quite ok.

However these were simply nasty. We ate half of one and binned the rest.

I’m amazed that they are on sale. I try and always leave a balanced review but I can’t on these.
