Our second purchase from Just Poles and we were not disappointed at all. They stock all the things that we need and the website was easy to navigate and find what we needed.
The delivery was very prompt, in fact it arrived sooner than quoted, which was useful as we were replacing an old track that had fallen down unexpectedly and we were without curtains in a bedroom.
We didn't need to telephone the company but if last time was anything to judge by the service would have been excellent and well-informed.

Website is easy to navigate. I bought a Roam blind kit that was easy to fit as the instructions were clear and the kit was good quality. The items arrived on time and were packaged well.

I ordered a set of tie backs for curtains to my living room and was disappointed to get an email confirming they were no longer available as the colour match and style was exactly what I wanted. I deliberated on whether to get a refund and look elsewhere or call Just Poles to ask for their help as I really struggled to navigate the website to narrow down what I was looking for in terms of colour, style, length etc. Their customer service was amazing - they were able to email through various other options for me to consider from which I picked an alternative product which, although a bit more costly, I am extremely happy with. They arrived, promptly, well packaged and I was updated by email so that I could track my order and ensure I was at home to sign for it. I would definitely recommend and will purchase from Just Poles again.

We ordered black wrought iron artisan curtain poles with a curl in two lengths. They arrived on time, good packaging and easy to fit. They look amazing. Very please with the end result. Would definitely recommend.
