Ordered 8 curtain pulls to bring home to Fuerteventura. They arrived when they said they would, very fast & efficient service. Would definitely use again

We couldn’t get long enough poles locally so went online. Found Just Poles and placed an order. The poles and fittings arrived VERY quickly and are superb quality. We are very pleased with them.

It's not often that I give reviews but felt that this company deserves a good mention. From speaking to a friendly experienced person (which was a nice change) to getting my order which was delivered a lot earlier than expected. I can only say thank you to "Just Poles" and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I guess the name should be a warning - Just Poles - and almost 8 weeks later, that's all I have received. Just a pole. No finials, no fixings. There have been several phone calls and 1 apologetic email, citing delays at the Carrier Depot. There have been promises of getting back to me. Some have been honoured, others haven't. I can believe the problem lies with the carrier, who seem to have lost the parts, but that was over a month ago. Meanwhile, there's not a lot I can do with just a pole.

26 March I ordered 3 x Elementi Kew curtain pole brackets for 2 reasons: firstly the specification "bracket projection from wall to front of bracket = 75mm", and secondly their 3 to 5 day general delivery commitment,
5 days later no delivery. After 3 attempts to phone them (I was always told I was number 1 in the queue but the call was never answered) and a failed email I managed to get through. I was told that this order had to come from Denmark and would take another 10 days. Apparently, I should have been informed of this delay but that notification had failed – a fault of the IT department.
After a frustrating wait, the goods arrived on 12th April. When I measured them they were 92mm – far too big for me to use, in other words useless. I called and complained, I had to send a photograph of the brackets after which it was accepted that the website specification was wrong – a fault of the IT department.
I am now 3 weeks behind schedule and have to start looking for the brackets again. Someone in the IT department should be moved on, certainly I shall never return to this company.

The pole is spot on and is just what we wanted. We know that in view of the circumstances it was difficult to fit but we feel that you have fitted it perfectly. You indicated that there might be an issue with curtain length and to be honest there isn’t give or take a couple of millimetres, you would not spot the difference if you did not know.

Goods were well made and the cutting service they offered for Roman Blinds was fast and accurate. The website was easy to use and gave me all the info I needed to make the purchase. Delivery was speedy and I would fully recommend the site.

I bought a 4 metre long Renaissance Contemporary curtain pole for our sitting room which has a very wide bay window. The pole and finials were lovely quality, exactly as described and exactly what I wanted and at a good price! It looks fabulous with our new decor and curtains, I'm very pleased with it. Just Poles has a huge range of lovely curtain poles on their website - the biggest choice I've found and with very clear and helpful descriptions and photos. Very easy to order and the staff were very helpful when I had a query. I'll definitely be back!

I would highly recommend JustPoles. They offer a wide range of products that I couldn’t find on the high street.
