I absolutely loathe Aristotle.
I absolutely loathe Aristotle. I am not sure why there is not a direct link to Aristotle vs k-12, but I used to work in education software (non-competing company) and I know that this software is lacking a lot of fundamental requirements to meet today's standards. I need to use this platform to secure test-taking, and I can never rely on it. I can count how many times it was supposed to work the way it did, rather than the contrary. I cannot believe my school district is spending money on a service that consistently doesn't work. It is not the age of our Chromebooks because we are brand-new. It isn't the service, as many children are doing fine with connections. I have children clear their cache to help, and it still under-performs. I am going to petition to get rid of this software immediately/as soon as our contract is up.

The whole school faculty is there to help the students. I have had a student homeschooling at INGDA for 6 years. They will work with you to solve any problem and the school keeps you updated through emails.

The teachers work really well with my son. He has an IEP in place and they accommodate my son very well. He told me that he never wants to go back to a regular brick n’ mortar type school. We are very pleased with everything and everyone at INDLS. THANK YOU!!

Improved grades
My daughter has proven that I made the right choice in putting her in online school! Her grades have improved and she's in general Ed classes instead of special Ed but still receives extra help when needed!

My son is autistic as well as my…
My son is autistic as well as my daughter and being able to learn in a virtual environment is the best! They are able to take as many breaks as needed and they even look forward to logging on in the morning to get their work done. They both have reading levels well above their grade and it's very rewarding to be such a big part of their education as their learning coach. The teachers are great and we haven't had one we weren't able to collaborate with. I also don't worry about their physical safety anymore. It's been life changing for our family and we are very grateful!

My granddaughter enjoys learning through K12. The teachers truly care about the students. They teach what the schools use to teach. The basics and not agendas that could hurt your children. WE LOVE K12 AND THE TEACHERS.

My son is thriving with LSOA
My son is thriving with LSOA. He pays attention better than he did in standard public school. Plus, I love that I have a front row seat watching him learn. He doesn't require too much encouragement from me as a learning coach.
The online teachers, counselors and other personnel are quite good at some of the impromptu changes with schedules and technology.
Overall, LSOA gives me no reason to worry about my sons education.

Comment installer Nice? I feel that our experience is going well. The teachers are communicative. Getting connected to the assignments and lessons is pretty easy unless there's an outage, but even then the teachers are communicated through email, text, calling, and getting technical support seems pretty easy as well and contacting the school directly for changes. Easy as well. I haven't had any issues that I can say. I mean the only issue I could say that we went through and it got fixed was the transitioning of the changes that happened. Other than that, support is there when we have questions.
