Absolutely love it

My kids currently go to this school as of right now. The teachers communication with the us is ridiculous. They are horrible at communication. I don't recommend.

I really love online schooling,.There are several ways the kids have an option to recieve one on one help if needed. If you need to miss a school session the have recordings the kids go to so they don't actually miss anything. My kids don't have to struggle with peer pressure they get from kids at school. I really appreciate and love online schooling.

K12 has been a total disappointment. I can never get in touch with my son's teachers and have been requesting his transcripts for a month with absolutely no response from any avenue I've pursued. The only time you ever hear from anyone from this school is when they want to sell you next year's tuition. The complete disregard and lack of care for my son's instruction is alarming. I can't get him into a new school that actually cares and communicates without his transcripts. Refusing to send them or respond to these requests but non-stop sales calls is very telling of the company and its primary focus. Hint - it isn't the students. Very disappointing.

The staff is great and the kids learn and have fun with it

We love Maine Virtual Academy . I wished I knew about it sooner . I would have enrolled all three of my children .

I enrolled my daughter in Keystone/K12 on May 19, 2026. Today is May 28th, and her classes have still not been loaded into her account.

Since enrollment, I have called multiple times and experienced consistently poor service:

My first call resulted in being transferred to an unrelated Medicare line.

On the next call, a representative assured me the classes would be loaded within 24 hours. They were not.

The following day, I was placed on hold and transferred back to the main voicemail menu, effectively ending the call without assistance.

I then reached a Level 2 associate who stated the account had been escalated and that classes would be loaded within 48 hours. She also promised a callback or email update. No follow-up call or email was ever received.

I was also told that Manager Heather would follow up. She never did.

On my most recent call, I spoke with Jeremey at Level 1 support. He placed me on hold and transferred me back to the main menu. I had to call again, explain the entire situation, and request to speak with a manager.

After nine days, my daughter still cannot start her schooling. This level of service is completely unacceptable. As someone who has directed a customer service organization for over 25 years, I am shocked by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic follow-through from Keystone/K12’s support team.

It is very apparent that no one in this customer service organization can put you in contact with someone that can actually help.

I'm sure they will answer this review with we are sorry to hear about your troubles but if you would just call us one more time.

I did call many times and while traveling overseas. You wasted so many hours of my time. Now you might change your ways when i call next time. I very seriously doubt it.

I love the flexibility of the school!

Staff members are really amazing I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication for their students. Support is always there and are willing to help. They truly do go above and beyond.

Some people do not use a computer, they do the best, and can get help at times, i thank the teachers, that help me when they can,if they are to write letters, this will help others, who doesn't know to much about computer. Thank you,

Very affirmative about news and updates. Child really enjoys with online school experience.

That students can participate in classes all equally and without leaving the student wanting to participate

High point virtual academy isn't that good there website glitch and a lot of students deal with issues with it also sum teachers use a lot of excuses of why class is canceled and use there home life as a excuse of why something is not graded.

My son did his whole High School years with K12. All in all I was very grateful for them. The professor's were always in touch and always reached out with any concerns. Many activities were provided in order to keep the kids from being antisocial. Never had an issue receiving or sending back books or necessary things for the school year. I was very happy with the experience.

Great experience. Great Staff members. Great Ninth Grade Teachers.
