Katzecure Reviews

We had Katzecure install the roller system around our garden in May 2023 and could not be happier. The guys travelled up to the North West, were so professional and the instillation was very quick. We can enjoy the garden with the patio doors open during the spring/summer which has made the world of difference (as we have young children too).

We have a young Burmese who hasn’t escaped yet (fingers crossed) and would highly recommend this company! If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Straightforward, polite, tidy, punctual, and totally professional service. Highly recommended.

I found the owners of this company to be very friendly and helpful in all my needs for information and advice with regards to there aluminium roller system to secure the garden for the cats.
Nothing seemed to be a problem when talking to them will certainly use them again and again.👍👍👍

I had Katzecure in 2018 to completely fence my very large garden and install their cat fencing system all round. They have been back for maintenance checks every year and occasional problems I encountered. And just two weeks ago they came to solve a problem I was having and I have to say Katzecure have done it again! They have offered fantastic service once more, from Matt and Dan, after Billy had previously been to assess the problem and offer a solution.

I am not joking when I say that the lads are a pleasure to have around, always so friendly, courteous, respectful, obliging and professional, nothing is ever too much trouble - from Billy at the top of the tree, and all the lads, not forgetting of course the lovely Jane, so friendly, efficient and helpful.

I cannot praise Katzecure enough, their customer care and after sales support is just amazing, something that sadly we have all got very used to not getting anywhere anymore. They are a first class company, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone and everyone!

A huge thank you for a brilliant professional job today delivered by two very happy friendly lads - who also drink loads of coffee and eat loads of biscuits! But boy, do they earn it and deserve it!

Hello, we had the Katzecure system installed in September to keep 4 curious house cats safe in the garden. We opted to have the full installation service and the process was very fast any professional. We would certainly recommend it the katzecure system as the cats love their garden playtime and we love the freedom and exercise it allows them!

Fantastic company to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough. The service from start to finish, and after service is such a refreshing change. Billy and Jane answered my questions, no matter how many I had to re-assure me of what I was after. Matt and Dan arrived a few days before Christmas as promised and worked through horrendous weather for 2 days to install the system, which looks great. Our 2 little fur monsters are happy and safe in their enclosed garden and love it. I can't thanks you all enough. Look no further for securing your fur babies.

This is a great solution to stop your cat escaping. It is really tasteful and very well constructed. It looks so much better than the other products on the market.

From the initial order to the final installation, everyone at Katzsecure was very helpful and professional.

I highly recommend this team and their secure fencing.

We had our second system installed by Katzecure after moving house. The team were so friendly and nice and the quality of the work done was outstanding as always. It’s amazing to have such great quality cat proofing in the garden so your cats can have a lovely life but the garden still looks so smart - if not even smarter! For anyone considering it , just do it !

I had the system installed at my old address for over a year and the team have recently dismantled it and moved it to my new home for me. Can't fault the quality of the system or the customer service. Katzecure is worth every penny, it doesn't look out of place on the fences and I love being able to have the patio doors open in summer knowing the cats are safe

We found them to be very professional from start to finish, also they found and offered solutions to problems that we had not seen. We had the wooden rollers installed and they blend into the garden, and now our feline friend is enjoying exploring his safe new playground .

I cannot fault the service from Katzecure, throughout the whole process they were always at hand to advise. I went for the aluminium poles and am so happy with the results. The team worked through the wind and rain and worked with me to decide how I wanted an enclosed area. I have one very happy cat who is yet to find a way out! Thank you so much to all the team, I can’t recommend them enough :)

We are so glad that we found Katzecure. This company is fantastic and the overall experience has been seamless from beginning to end. We were fortunate enough to have a survey, quote and installation completed within a matter of weeks.

We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. It looks far better than imagined and as per previous reviews, it enhances the look and overall security of our garden. It is certainly worth spending a little more for this product which blends into the surroundings (rather than the unattractive wire mesh systems, which are not in fact a great deal cheaper).

Shaun and Dave fitted the system and were excellent. They were very polite and courteous and went the extra mile to get it all finished (even working through hours of torrential downpour yesterday!)

Billy and Jane were also great and ensured things ran smoothly.

We would not hesitate to recommend Katzecure to anybody who wishes to keep their beloved cats safe. It a shame we didn’t find them sooner.

Our two British Shorthairs are going to love their new freedom!

Fantastic product and it works 3 cats and no escapes

Installation guys very nice lads not scared of the rain either

Communication with the office very good & very accommodating

Overall very good and very happy

Love my new mesh fence and my katzsecure rollers, gives me peace of mind for my very active one year old Bengal boy trio.

Started work on the agreed day. Considered neighbours and myself in doing the work. Polite and friendly team. When completed the work they cleared up and left my property clean and tidy.
I would recommend the company to anyone without hesitation.

The whole process with this company, from initial inquiry to installation of the product, was seamless. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and professional. The two men who installed the Katzecure system were excellent. The product is faultless. I’m very happy with it. Thank you very much

We had an excellent experience with Katzecure. Our cat is now able to enjoy outside safely due to the excellent system. The system is more aesthetic than we had anticipated.
Billy and Shaun were fantastic and tailored the system to our specific needs and intricacies of the shape of our garden fence/gate. They discussed options with us as they installed it and took into account our preferences whilst being professional and friendly! Would absolutely recommend. Thank you!

The installation went very well and I am very pleased with the work carried out. Billy and Shaun were lovely and did an amazing job!

The whole process so smooth and easy. It has given me peace of mind to know my cat is safe and secure in the garden now

KatZecure did an excellent job of cat proofing my garden. A great deal of work went into making it secure and it looks amazing - even the neighbours are impressed! The guys were polite, friendly and certainly knew their stuff, and I have peace of mind knowing my rescued cat is safe from harm. I highly recommend KatZecure to anyone considering having this work done, they are a very professional and helpful company.

Delighted with our kitty haven. No intruders & safe environment now for own kitties. Billy & the team were great at problem solving as they worked around our existing buildings & trees to cater for all our quirky needs. Excellent workers. Extremely highly recommended.
