Extremely disappointed with Keeta. I received spoiled food from Pasta Amore restaurant on their platform —the pasta smelled sour and was clearly unsafe to eat. Instead of taking responsibility and providing a fair resolution, I was told there was no refund. A food delivery platform should stand behind the safety and quality of the food sold through its service. Customers should not have to pay for food that is spoiled and potentially harmful. I expected much better customer support and a customer-first approach. Until Keeta introduces a fair refund policy for cases involving unsafe food, I cannot recommend using this platform.

In term of customer service they r the worse. My delivery delayed 1 hr. And no body notified me unless I contacted them through chat. And what more worse is they dont care about the review or th3 feedback. And u cant even cancel or refund ur item. U r eligible to accept regardless the status of the delivery. This is my last order from them.

Its way far from food delivery service u never get ur food delivered on time or hot i think need customer service a serious training will delete the application so i dont do mistake again and order from

I ordered food, and after 2 hour's wating, they told me we are sorry Your Order Delivered by mistake to other one! And easy order again!! How is that at midnight and that order for my kids ! Very bad reating

Ordered from Keeta and there was one missing Item and released it when I received the order itself ,the rider had no option to raise the issue .

When I raised the issue ,the customer support needed the product receipt and when gave the summary what's on the app (where could have checked ) and then asked for pictures ,how will have a picture of non delivered product.
These can happen but the service provider has to have solution ,I had similar issues with Talabat but they checked and the funds were reversed .

Will not recommend the app to anyone.

The customer support is so arrogant with no solutions.

I was charged more than the amount shown in the app. The final payment was higher than expected, and customer support did not properly resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience.

It’s been almost 3 hours and I still haven’t received my order. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’m literally starving here waiting for food that should’ve arrived hours ago

Very bad service

I faced issued twice back to back and so I deleted my account and provided the feedback. 1st instance - The delivery was cold and reached me after 90 mins (delayed by 45 mins). 2nd instance - The delivery guy was struggling to find the address and delivered it delayed by 30 mins. Shocking part was he reached my home and showed me the order bag asking me - Do u want this ? Why did you not share location on whats app ? As if i was begging for the order.

The customer support was unmoved by this and gave a standard robotic reply.

Worst service and unbearable experience with the delivery and support guys.

I have deleted my account in spite of some credit in my account as i would never want to login again to this app.

Worst experience ever. One item was missing in my order and when I reached out for support they first asked me to send a picture if the item. I mean seriously how can someone send picture of missing item and then when i send the picture of items that i received they said you must have eaten the item

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Keeta. An item was missing from my order and when I contacted customer service they refused to take any responsibility even though the food had already been eaten by the time we realized the issue.

Instead of doing the bare minimum like checking with the restaurant they dismissed the complaint and told me to keep evidence next time. That is not how a serious company operates.

This shows a complete lack of accountability poor customer service and zero effort to resolve legitimate issues. Customers are expected to prove everything while Keeta does nothing to investigate or support them.

I will not be using this service again and I strongly advise others to be careful. If something goes wrong do not expect any real help.

This is honestly one of the worst applications I’ve ever used. There are constant issues with orders, delays, and overall poor service. What’s even more frustrating is that their only solution every single time is offering a 5 AED or 10 AED voucher, which is barely even a fraction of what I actually paid.

It feels like they’re just throwing small vouchers at customers instead of fixing real problems. I’ve faced multiple issues, and every time I get the exact same scripted response with no real resolution.

There’s no proper way to contact a real person, and customer support is completely ineffective—they just repeat the same lines over and over again.

Overall, it’s a complete waste of time. I’ve made the right decision by deleting my account and I definitely won’t be using this application again.

Terrible customer service, never again.

I saved my card on the Keeta app and ordered from it a few times. The day before yesterday, I woke up to find 4 orders charged to my card that I never made. I contacted customer service 3 times since then, and every time they say management will call me, but no one ever does. Honestly, please remove your cards and avoid using this app.

The worst customer service im the whole uae its not like talabat at all you feel they dont care i will never use it again

I’ve ordered from many platforms before, but Keeta is definitely one of the best, especially with the great discounts available. I recently ordered McDonald’s in Medina, and everything went smoothly. A special compliment to the delivery rider as well, very friendly, fast, and professional.

Really satisfied with the overall service!

The worst service ever they take my money they cancel my order and didn’t give me my refund show in the app refund successfully but not get anything I contact the customer service one month not get any help
