Registered my little Cavapoo Girl 3 days ago and received my papers today, I’m so happy. During my order process I realised I made a mistake, so I rang up and spoke to Sam who was happy to change this for me before going ahead with the papers being posted. Very speedy delivery and good customer service 5⭐️ from me 🤩

Recently completed a change of ownership for my dachshund puppy. I was even able to change his pedigree name as the breeder named him ‘green’
My pedigree papers are amazing with gold print.

Registered a litter of French bulldogs.
Papers arrived within 4 days.
Wasn’t able to register with kennel club as the stud wasn’t KC.
Spoke to a lady called Sam over the phone who also explained how the new owners do their change of ownership.
Easy process and great service

Absolute scam, their phone number doesn't work, line is dead. I have registered my new puppy on line and paid the fee, that was over two months ago, still haven't received anything from them. I have emailed them 3 times via their online contact form and still no reply.....

Absolute scam taking peoples money and either not issuing any papers or sending papers that are total fiction, the breeder we bought our puppy from came clean and said it was the first time she had used them and only her female dog was registered with them she had given no history of her dogs or the stud yet they could produce a 5 generation pedigree history??
DO NOT USE stick with KC or just keep your money.

I registered my Frenchie then had a strange feeling to check reviews then see all the bad ones here well I received my papers very quickly 🙂 can't be happier don't be put of by the few bad reviews you see here most people don't leave reviews on here so this is a small fraction of the people who use this company my experience is good 💯

I have registered my puppy few weeks ago. Still didn’t receive the paperwork. No respond , nothing . Avoid them.

I applied online for ownership transfer on 14th December, no result or response. I paid £35 for certificate and £2.5 for delivery and when I log in is said I didn't paid. The email address doesn't exist. Where can we make a complain?

The breeder registered my puppy with this company and gave me the registration paperwork. I paid for change of ownership and a pedigree certificate (bronze) mid December 22. After many phone calls and email their response was, they have been sent, they will be sent, they will be re-sent!! Nothing received, not even a confirmation email receipt.
I have applied to my bank for a refund and contacted the breeder asking for my puppy to be re-registered with the Kennel Club as the litter was advertised!

Absolutely vile company took my money and I received nothing in return. Total scam AVOID AT ALL COST BECAUSE THERE ARE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

SCAM, COMPANY IS A FRAUD DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH BARGE POLE!!!!!

We bought our puppy (in Aug 2022) from a friend/breeder, and was given the paperwork to complete 'Transfer of Ownership'. It took us sometime to organise the transfer, and eventually completed this online around early Nov 2022.

Following 'Transfer of Ownership', I opted to sign-up for the 'Gold Product' to receive detailed family tree of our puppy (like you get with Kennel Club). Kennel Reg took £57.50 (from my credit-card, via PayPal) on 9th Nov 2022 - before goods were even dispatched. From Nov 2022 to present day Feb 1st 2023, I have sent many, many emails, I have called their number (08445 499 499) many times, once/twice I was able to speak with someone who explained they were experiencing technical challenges and someone else (in Dec 2022), who explained they were re-building the website, so admin tasks were taking 'extra' time to get completed.

My informed my friend/breeder - was completely unaware of this, they received all their 'puppy' paperwork many months ago.

I have checked the company details on 'Companies House' and noted in excess of 2.5k companies listed at address '83 Ducie Street' - which tells me this is a holding address/registration address.

My recommendation to ANYONE registering their puppy, ensure your breeder/even a friend registers puppy's with Kennel Club.

Next steps for me, is to put in claim with PayPal and also look at contacting 'Trading Standards' to investigate the legitimacy of this company - which by the way on PayPal states as "V4 ANALYTICAL LTD" (address: 2nd Floor 9 Portland Street, Manchester, England M1 3BE), Corporation nbr: 13356054. Director Name: Harry Pony

Company is a scam!!!

Breeder registered when we bought our puppy, we went to change ownership and bought the silver package from them, 2months went by and not even a update from the company so I emailed them, which they got back to me after a couple of days saying they would look into it.
Another 2 months later we emailed again and no response!! and no paperwork!!! And it’s now January 2023 and still nothing.

I mistakenly thought they were the proper kennel club and paid for three puppies to be registered. Never received any paperwork and the contact number is fake. So ANGRY!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely joke company. I applied for gold ownership transfer over a month ago. I phoned them 10x times on 0844 number and I beed told that they'll sent a paperwork to me ASAP bla bla bla. I already lost over £30 phoning and asking for a paperwork and they don't bother to cooperate.

Scam company with no intention of ever sending paperwork. Hence the premium rate number they'd expect you to call.

Registered back in March and received nothing in return. Refund case started with PayPal. Will be getting on to the person who pointed me this s**t hole company.

Have had exactly same experience as others and had to go through PayPal for refund as been waiting 5 mths for paperwork! Customer service is shocking and would definitely not recommend

If I could give this company zero stars I would. So since my last review they contacted me on the 20th april to say they would resolve my issues immediately (my issues being that I paid for the transfer of ownership paperwork in dec 2021 and still have not received anything). What a surprise I have received NOTHING!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS USING THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!
Also I would advise to check out what the breeders use as we were told KC but we’re given paperwork from this company which are not the same thing, it’s all a load of nonsense when you read into it. The information can be changed/made up, you truly have no idea. What a joke, I am going to be claiming against these now as I haven’t received anything in over half a year.

Very good service dealt with me professionally & even sent me free of charge just to show honesty & also they have been a pedigree reg for many years there even going to update website 2 make easy for customers to use & all my dogs are fully recognised.
