Just in case you are in any doubt, any dog that comes with papers from this company (or one of its many subsidiary scam sites) is not healthy or pedigree and the person selling you the dog is trying to scam you so cannot be trusted. Run a mile from the breeder and take your time. We had a sick dog for 6 years (from 4 months old he was ill) and eventually had to be put to sleep. You will not enjoy the puppy experience, especially if you have any problems. Please don't do it.

You pay money for something that is Absolutely worthless, the paperwork means Absolutely nothing, my blood is boiling with these scammers the trade people should close the scammer down. If I could only spread the word . DONT USE these scammer . Go to the KC for you puppies ,as i have now learnt , there's so many complaint out there and very un happy people.

You give them your hard earned money for something you could do for free and not forgetting the premium rate phone number, I'm surprised trading standards have not shut the scum down and jailed the Pakistani owner

No papers and no communication
Had to open a pay pal case as sugested it made them responde finaly and start moving after a month of waiting

Stay way clear been waiting for papers and still luck no response to emails terrible company

I used as the KC had long wait times and they advertise as 1-2 working days postage. This isn’t the case and you’ll be left trying to contact them with no luck! Finally after opening a PayPal claim they got their act in gear and sent me the paperwork I had paid for. It’s nothing like advertised a worthless bit of paper!!

Dont even bother. Charged me 50 pounds and the "heritage" info is only what the breeder says theres no actual way of verifying so it could be total rubbish. I also paid for a dog handbook which never materialised either. Asked them 4 times for a refund and no response so eventually went through pay pal who let me have my money. Stay clear

Premium rate number and no answer. Paid online for transfer of ownership, nothing after 3 months, sent an email, nothing... 5 months in, still nothing.... now have a dog with incorrect details and no way to show I'm the legal owner. Go to KC.. stay clear of these cowboys!!

Terrible company, I purchased a puppy advertised as KC registered turned out the breeder mistakenly registered the puppy's with kennel registration, I picked up the mistake after I was doing a transfer of ownership paid £37.50 via PayPal. Documents never turned up, e mailed kennel registration, reply she was very disappointed I had not received any paperwork and would get on to it straight away. Nope never happened. I got in touch with PayPal and got a refund. I am slightly concerned in the small print it says our details can be passed to a third party including abroad. Errrr better not do. So don't register pupster with them, they don't have any guarantee registered puppy's are thoroughbred, my advise steer clear.. Register with kennel club.

Completed the transfer of my puppy in January 2021 paying for the silver package. Waited weeks and nothing arrived, telephoned and waited on hold on various occasions which cost me over £50 as I called from my mobile and didn't realise I would be charged expensive call rates. Finally received the paperwork but no breed guide book. I have chased this via phone calls and emails with Sam on numerous occasions always being promised I will get the refund!! my puppy is now 7 months old and I have neither the book or the return of the £10 I paid for it!!
Totally took the shine off my first experience as a dog owner, would not recommend this company .

Trusted company, a bit hard to get in touch but sorted in the end. Happy with their services. I prefer KR then KC.

They never answer the phone, First time I ordered paperwork it was 3 months late which costed me a £1700 new owners returned the puppy to me, and when I tried to go to court they never appeared and due to the small amount of money paid judge decided not to go thru due to the pandemic and told me to give them one more chance. So I did this time I ordered and 5 weeks later still not delivered opened case on PayPal they gave me wrong tracking details

Slow to answer the phone - But quick to deliver. Happy with the service
