Excellent Independant British Online School, Dfe Approved, offering exceptional learning and teaching support to prepare our child to become an Active and Resilient Learner, a well grounded student, in a demanding and well academically rounded digital classroom and within inclusive and secured environment. For sure, personal integrity is prime while facing Gen Ai facilitation by simply grounding the student for an even a greater working ethic by valuing its own work first! This is to say this learning platform will prevail on the long run. It offers an alternative dynamic schooling and best practice, promote a child /student self voice in confidence by focusing on delivering every week homework, assessments, summative and formative work that take the child in the journey of achievements and improvements. Above all take the learner in owning his work out of the growing easiness of Ai generated work.
As a school choice, it requires a real and consistent parental effort to support and coach, to ensure an every day mutual win-win with the school, that in return offers a true support, help and excellent advice from teachers. Overall it is a truly dedicated teaching, administrative and tutor teams that work around the clock for ensuring best school digital learning services, allowing the student to focus on personal improvement, on getting better on many topics and personal success. It offers a new path for schooling and ensure a greater maturity and ownership of knowledge for a student.

My daughter joined kings inter High in 2024 and we've been thrilled with how the school management has cared for her studies and her development from offline to online school. The atmosphere of school is incredibly positive, making it easy for students to learn and grow. This was our first time opting for an online school and we are very happy with our decision to get her enrolled in King's inter High.

King's Inter has been a lifeline for our son and the difference in his expectations of education, from September 25 to May 26, is significant. The learning dashboard is extremely clear and has allowed my son to develop his independence and manage his time. Lessons and pre learning is also easy to access and the teachers are kind as well as being aspirational for their students. But perhaps the most surprising part is that King's Inter manages to get that school 'belonging' feel without bricks and mortar. Assemblies, tutors and extra curricular brings the students together with a strong sense of community. This has been so important for my son, who has found mainstream school environments challenging. My son refers to King's Inter as, 'my school' and not his online learning. I think this says it all.

Great school with amazing teachers. My daughter joined in the middle of the year, and was supported and welcomed by her teachers. It is also a really good opportunity that King's Interhigh allows to take subjects at a higher grade, for example if you are in year 7 and the maths is too easy you can go to year 8 maths without a problem. If there is an issue, staff relplies really quickly and students can email their teachers too if they have concerns.

The best decision our family has made, recruiting our daughter at Kings Inter High.
We have struggled for 3 years in a Spanish public school, much to the suffering of our daughter emotionally.
Now our lives are peaceful, no dramas at home, everyone is calmer.
Most importantly our daughter is thriving, enjoying learning and is completely engaged with school life.
We as parents also are very happy with the level of support we receive from the teaching team, personally and remotely we feel the communication pathways are excellent.

This school can flag real genuine reviews as "defamatory" within 10 hours of submitting them here on trustpilot, yet they are unable to answer urgent emails about upcoming exams.

It really seems understaffed, a money making operation so to speak. That's the strong impression you get. What makes me say this?
Right at the beginning of our experience with this school, there were Mock exams last year.
There was an online support room for students to ask questions at the start of their mocks, staffed by a female teacher.
Suddenly we could hear her take a phone call from a very angry parent on speakerphone, while having her mic not muted in the mock support room! So all kids / parents could hear that entire phone call.
So the entire conversation, at least 20 minutes of an angry parent calling about some exam issues was audible to everybody! What a privacy nightmare and embarassment. It also clearly showed that their staff is expected to multi-task to save costs!

Teacher and staff turnover also seems high, several of my kids teachers changed within a single year.

I have more negative things to say actually. I will write this in another review so this won't get too long.

There are more privacy concerns, such as their utilization of the Unifrog system, where they expect students to enter all sorts of personal information regarding their personality, preferences and future plans in order to profile them.

Their strong use of Microsoft systems for everything as opposed to more privacy preserving open source software is also a big concern.
Chrome is mandatory, the kids need to use outlook and office, etc.

Our experience with KIH has been amazingly fun, my daughter is very happy to have such supportive & kind classmates and teachers. We would recommend joining KIH as joining classes is from the comfort of your home.

Best online school

Its pretty good school though curriculum for art is a bit boring and not so accepting to subjects considered "Dead', like mythology, a subject I enjoy and probably so do some people, also lack of clubs for other subjects.

Brilliant experiences inside the classroom and out

This has been so good for my daughter. She is happy and settled and enjoys keeping now!
The school are supportive and care and give lots of feedback to parents

I like the fact I can see what she’s learning about and support her when needed.

Contact is very patchy especially when an issue arises. The school hides behind digital contact.

Notice was given in December 2025 following concerns with curriculum content in the previous months. An initial video call where concerns were raised but shut down ultimately as no follow up was made. Multiple changes to reflect tutors during our time there was a pain and it was only on our last day that the new tutor touched base (having forgotten I'd called him after comments on work did not reflect ability or effort made - I'd already said we were not continuing with yet another "diversity/kindness" focused project) only for me to query with him why the call and discussion of next term when this was our final day - the tutor was surprised to hear we were leaving as had not been passed details of concerns or told that we were leaving by KIH (left hand not knowing what the right is doing).

Having followed all instructions to give a terms notice and chasing up to make sure I'd done so according to contractual obligations I received an invoice addressed to the child this time and a message stating invoice past due - it wasn't as shouldn't have been issued. Now in limbo as deposit is being withheld (theft) and no means of speaking with anyone in the accounts department in spite of a request to do so via email as they will not call out just send emails. Have spoken with customer service liaisons who confirm I followed processes and that they do not understand why the invoice has been issued after we left they also have no means of putting me in touch with the relevant person only having a "form" to fill in to pass on my request for contact. So we just go round and round the same merry go round.

The best online school. Good communication and standard education

From a parents perspective - some of the communication was slower than some….
In some subjects the feedback seemed less than precise…

This review started off as a complaint following a bad experience with GCSE familiarisation - originally KIH was slow to respond but when they realised that I had a genuine issue they worked very hard to push Pearson to correct platform issues.
