Great service so far getting my business listed for sale. Great communication and updates from Becky S who looked after the initial listing !

Business direction quickly changed after speaking to this company about a sale which did not proceed. They pocketed £12,000 for which they did nothing as the cancellation came before they had commenced any work whatsoever. Upon enquiry of refund / or even fair discussion of partial refund - and after significant chasing just to get any kind of response - they advised they would be retaining the full amount for contractual reasons. Once their sales director had got his sale we never heard from him again, was passed to various other junior members of staff. Will be seeking assistance elsewhere for our sale of business as the service from a company of this nature in the year 2026 is frankly a joke. Could not recommend less.

We recently received the marketing material for the sale of our business from Knightsbridge and I have to say I was absolutely over the moon with the end result.

The quality, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the presentation were outstanding. They really took the time to understand our business and presented it in a way that highlighted its strengths perfectly.

The content was clear, engaging, and professionally put together, giving us real confidence as we move forward with the sale process. Communication throughout has also been excellent.

I have been dealing with a couple of people there and they are always quick to respond and send the details I request.
The reason I have not given 5 stars, is that I have not completed on an acquisition just yet, so can't judge the rest of the experience.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience—or rather, the unwanted bombardment—from Knightsbridge Business Sales. In the span of just 24 hours, I received no fewer than 16 unsolicited marketing emails to a single inbox.

This isn't just "proactive" marketing; it is blatant spam and digital harassment.

Beyond the sheer volume of emails, their approach is deeply off-putting. The communication is characterized by aggressive sales tactics and high-pressure maneuvers that feel desperate rather than professional. A company that respects its clients (or potential clients) doesn't need to clog their inbox every 90 minutes to get a point across.

If you value your time and your sanity, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Their "pressure cooker" environment and total lack of regard for communication boundaries are huge red flags. Avoid at all costs.
Key Issues:

Extreme Spam: 16 emails in a single day is inexcusable.

High-Pressure Environment: The sales tactics are uncomfortable and overbearing.

Unprofessional Conduct: Complete lack of respect for "unrequested" boundaries.

The team at Knightsbridge are extremely helpful and knowledgeable but more critically answer your calls and respond to email promptly. My chosen Brokerage.

Knightsbridge offers a great and supportive service in helping small business owners manage to sell their business. The client advisor Donald Peden, was courteous, helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. His deep understanding of the sales process (and in our case having deep knowledge of Africa, where we sell) was very special. As well as explaining the pathway towards an exit, he also recommended new sales lines we might like to explore to help us maximise the company's potential. definitely walking the talk and going the extra mile.

They demonstrate strength in managing multiple businesses through their books, which is clearly a positive. However, the reason I reduced the score is due to a consistent lack of diligence in obtaining key information ahead of meetings. There appears to be a tendency to defer answering important questions and instead move directly to arranging calls with clients.

From a buyer’s perspective, this approach is inefficient and often frustrating. When conducting due diligence, I expect clear, structured responses to initial queries before any direct introductions are made. Repeatedly being offered calls in place of answers feels unnecessary and leads to avoidable time wastage.

In my view, there is a clear opportunity for improvement. They should take a more proactive role in ensuring that all relevant questions are addressed in advance. This would streamline the process, respect the time of potential buyers, and ultimately support faster and more effective company transactions.

Great all round and no nonsense to deal with!

Staff managing communications are helpful and work hard in crunching through daily requests from buyers.
