KOHO is honestly one of the best banking services I have ever used. Their customer care is unmatched, and what really sets them apart is how quickly and effectively they resolve issues.

The banking experience is straightforward and transparent, with no hidden fees or unnecessary complications. Their app is incredibly easy to use, intuitive, and convenient, making everyday banking simple.

Whenever I have a question or an issue, their response is prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a financial service where technology, transparency, and customer service come together this well.

KOHO has set a very high standard for what modern banking should really feel like.

I really hate your support system. I’ve been using a loyal customer, but I don’t get privilege of speaking with a representative so that I can get the service that I need you guys are terrible.

The customer service is attrocious. I spoke to a chatbot because I couldn't create an account, and obviously it couldn't help me with my particular issue, then I got transfered to an agent that took minutes to respond using ChatGPT prompts.

Basically, what if the CS chatbot transfered you to a worse CS chatbot? When I asked to speak to a different agent, I got disconnected. No solution was found, by the way.

The credit building. The cover amount and payments. The fact I can use this for most payments.

I like KOHO. Since signing a consumer proposal for credit card debt, KOHO what is the next best option for having a credit card and needing a credit card it has all the benefits that regular credit card has you can build your credit score that points and rewards all around awesome experience.

The app is very easy to use. I can add funds any time from my bank account & since it’s a”pay as you go” you do not get into the credit card problem that is so easy to do. If you don’t have the funds…you don’t use the card. At least that’s the way I use it. I love this card! I’ve never had a problem with it.

Horrible customer service do not do big payments with them it’s a nightmare if you have to do a dispute takes forever to get and they purposely try to make it so you don’t receive I didn’t receive my product and order was cancelled and no refund I sent all kinds of supporting documents I told them about it they procrastinated about it I had 3 payments made for one big order they apparently only filed one and only gave me one back after 50 days when it was a cut and dry case and even the merchant accepted responsibility then asked me to fill a paper so they could proceed for the other two when they should of been done at same time and now saying I passed the 90 days when I reported it long ago now I now have to contact a ombudsman and there peoples bank and escalate this higher believe me what a hassle save yourself the headache especially if you rely on the funds as you will be waiting forever to get your dispute back if you even get it

I been with koho ever since they had it here in Canada which was 2017 I do believe or eariler back when they only had the black koho cards on the go!! So to say they were a big help is an understatement!! Koho has been so great it's unexplainable they are remarkable in every way there app is easy to use and very affordable to everyone plus it helps with my credit !! I'll always use koho no matter what bank I'm with koho will always be my go to for everyday spending and definitely for my online shopping !! Thanks koho you have been a blessing for sure 😃!!!

Trying to find a phone number to reach customer support seems impossible. As I'm looking to invest 6 figures, and yet there's nothing that provides me with a phone number.... that's very sketchy when I feel like I'm gonna be putting a lot of money into a fintech company that I can't even get hold of.

Once I was able to find a phone number through extensive online searching, I called and got welcomed by someone who I can barely understand as they do not speak English as a first language.
They had a very thick accent. They were not able to understand my questions. Koho is hiring based on DEI and not credible experienced telecommunications or customer support representatives.

Remaining polite with them, I asked to speak with a supervisor. They put me on hold for 15 minutes without coming back Nor was anyone taking my call. So I decided to hang up.

Koho just lost my interest to invest $210,000 because of this incompetence

Go woke, go broke!

This bank is the easiest and best banking I have done in my 61 yrs. I very much recommend KOHO to everyone.
