I had three fraudulent charges on my digital card and KOHO is refusing to investigate. Customer service and Fraud department are ignornant. A big bank would have handled this immediately! Complete crap customer service.

Seriously KOHO I have emailed you four times and all four times my dispute was ignored. You guys are scammers!

I have had nothing but really really good results with koho since signing up just under a year ago. Any issue I've had i have felt that I was heard and taken seriously

J'ai demandé un litige auprès de KOHO et l'expérience a été extrêmement frustrante. J'ai dû parler à environ huit personnes différentes et répéter les mêmes explications ainsi que fournir les mêmes captures d'écran à chaque fois. Malgré toute cette démarche et le fait que j'ai suivi les conseils de KOHO en me désabonnant du service, mon litige a été refusé. Résultat : j'ai perdu mon crédit de 140 $. Très déçue du traitement de mon dossier.

I like the cash back I get and that this card can be used anywhere. I have no problem sending or receiving money, no bank trips no hassle. Good for busy ppl. Good service.

They make it so easy and convenient for everything I need. KOHO is the best decision I have made in a very long time so happy I choose them. Always there to help and are very lovely to bank with, keep up the great work staff.

KOHO is very important and helpful platform to use and to build your credit. So please try KOHO and use it daily life. It is very helpful and useful in your daily lives.

The company is great in all honesty, but it would really be a greay impact on our credit score, instead of having a prepaid credit card, after being worthy of a prepaid. It should be an actual credit card to get more balance.

I have been using Koho for over a year and I have been dealing with the same issues everytime I get paid. I am asked to upload my identification to verify who I am and I do so eveytime. I am then met with a message stating it well take 1 -2 business days for a manual review to be completed. I try to upload it again and then am asked to send my government ID and picture with it and still nothing. I am appalled on the process and timing of this company. I have been stranded more then once with no gas, no food or any water as I have been traveling around B.C. I have emailed the company as well as the supervisor they reluctantly give me and still nothing. This company is lack luster and kicking there heels and shows a lack of compassion with there customers. They give me empty stories and promises.
This last venture started on September 3rd 2026 and now is September 6th 2026. The two business days should have been completed within the 1 -2 day business on the 5th. Look at this company twice as they well do anything to keep your money.

Never had an issue with KoHo, been using for at least a year now.

Koho is amazing with credit building …BUT DO NOT GET TENANT INSURANCE WITH KOHO!! They will leave you homeless! You put a claim in and they will ignore you for a week but call your landlord after repeated emails stating YOUR HOMELESS. I would suggest Contacting a lawyer regarding your policy because they like to say you’re not covered for certain things like living accommodations but you are page 3 on your standard contract with them! They are supposed to protect you in times of tragedy and instead they want to make the situation 10 times more stressful! How do they contact the landlord before the tenant who is the one who pay you monthly!!!!!!! Totally unacceptable
