Top service from the team and Langford Russell, West Wickham. Michelle, Jasmine and Lauren are great! Kept me updated on the progress of my sale throughout and went the extra mile, chasing up outstanding info or dealing with queries from slow solicitors. A pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area who is looking to sell (or buy) a new home!

We, Marion and Paul could not have been happier, with the communication, advice and pleasant and helpful manner that Rob Griffin of the West Wickham branch, concluded the sale of my Father-in-Laws house.
Always available to answer my messages and phone calls, even on his days off. He also helped, sorting out various problems relating to the sale, as well keeping in contact with the buyers solicitors. Keeping us updated at all times, which reduced the stress normally associated in buying and selling a property. He efforts meant the sale, from start to finish only took a couple of months.
I (we) would without any hesitation would recommend Rob to anyone in the West Wickham area who is looking to buy or sell a property.

Dreadful experience with Langford Russell Sevenoaks. I felt the lettings manager was not trustworthy after he misled me. He also took my property off the market when it shouldn't have been and I did not feel he had good judgement in finding the right tenant. He would not listen to me, always having a retort and I felt he was self opinionated. Been waiting for the sign which was screwed into the front of my house to be removed and the damage made good and it's been over a month now. Back to wonderful Steve Wood at Bardens Estate Agents (01892527317)- what a fool I was being lured by a freebie.

Langford helped us find our first rental property and in this current market we had previously found the whole experience of viewing so many places, offering and then being left feeling disappointed when we didn’t get what we wanted really tough to manage. We were at the point of almost giving up for a few months until we suddenly saw a flat in the location we wanted and the spec we were looking for. From the first phone call we made Mia helped us feel at ease, reassured that we would find somewhere even if this one didn’t work out and spent a lot of time listening to what we wanted to help us work through the best options to ensure we got our first home. I’ve spoken to many estate agents over the last few months and Langford was one where we felt we got a really personal conversation, someone that generally cared about what we were looking for and really good communication everyday leading up to the big move. It didn’t matter what questions we asked we were given constant support and kindness throughout which helped us feel at ease with all the processes we had to go through. During six-month sales transactions that now has fallen through, they have been utterly deceitful and not a single grain of truth came from their mouth.

Weeks after we walked away and notified them at least twice, asking specifically to update the property status, the property remains advertised as sold, deceiving others - rogue practices plain and simple. Stay away!!!

We have been dealing with the Beckenham branch for 2 years and can honestly say they are the most incompetent letting agents we have ever dealt with. Yanique (the person supposedly managing our property) is the most difficult person to get hold of. Never in the office and never answers the phone. We left our property 5 weeks ago and still have not received our deposit back. Impossible to get through to anyone who can help.
