Bought a second hand camera , found which branch it was at, talked to a really helpful young man in Derby, who got the camera out and checked it and answered questions whilst we talked on the phone. Expedited the deliver and even phoned me back to say they had got it on that days delivery pickup. Product itself all boxed , no different to buying it new, Brilliant.

technical questions were answered well at the shop and the on line service was great.

I still haven't received the camera because DPD are apparently having 'issues'. I appreciate this isn't your specific domain, but it is impacting my customer experience and I'd be surprised if they haven't updated you on this since it's an order from you.

I have purchased lenses and camera bodies many times over last 16 years from LCE Chester in store. The staff there were always professional, but also very knowledgeable. Some members still continue to work there after all these years. They are like Richer Sounds of photography if you know what I mean - just great. So I bought this time ONLINE from Derby branch and everything went very smooth - quick dispatch, confirmation emails, lens clean and working without issues. I never dealt with them in person, but online transaction went great, so I definitely recommend them

While my latest purchase has been online from LCE Derby I have used this company for over 40 years. Firstly in Bristol, then in Bath shops rather rthan online but the last 10 years more online. I have found them to be very helpful together with a fair price if buying s/h.
