Meet The Team: Tony, Manager - Clocking up 38 years for LCE, has a passion for binoculars & telescopes. Ben, Assistant Manager - Has been at LCE since 2011. A passionate about landscape photographer has recently taken up street photography. Josh - Joined LCE in 2015 and loves producing excellent still life images. Alfred – Has been with LCE since 2019 and has a keen interest in both wildlife & people photography, he also enjoys shooting on film. Craig - Our newest team member, joining in February 2023 with an avid interest in macro & wildlife photography.

I part exchanged some of my camera equipment for an OM SYSTEM OM-3. My equipment was picked up from my home by DPD, and within a few days my camera equipment had been inspected by LCE Winchester, a deal done, and DPD were delivering a mint condition OM-3 to me. Excellent service. Thank you.

Emails and phone calls all the way until delivery. Why shop else where. Good delivery service from DPD as well. Can't fault our guy at all.

Used Camera and Lens Purchase
The used camera and lens was priced competitively. Following an online query, information was promptly provided about the camera prior to my visit to the shop. The operation of the camera was explained and I was able to try the camera before purchasing (which would not be possible online). A similarly priced new camera was proposed as an alternative.

Great purchase and post purchase experience
I purchased a camera from the Winchester branch and got a good demo and an opportunity to try it out, staff were friendly and helpful. I had an issue post purchase which I contacted the head office team about, they listened to my concerns and resolved the issue. I am genuinely impressed with the customer service & would not hesitate to recommend/return.
