Had a really great call with Grace. She answered all my questions effectively and even confirmed some details with a coworker where necessary, rather than giving me a wrong answer. Missed out on 5 stars, purely due to their company policy where they are unable to give customers advice on what they'd recommend. I see this as a downside as I'm not a legal expert, and as this is their territory I would have appreciated their expertise when making some decisions. That aside, an effective and fast working group!

This company are incompetent. They reviewed my case pointing out the importance of getting my name correct for court, Ann without an e. They then continued to get it wrong time after time. When it came to the next stage, applying for bailiffs I did it myself. It was much quicker than they would have done it and without all of the careless mistakes that I had to keep pointing out to them.
There was one female member of staff that I spoke to on the phone a couple of times that was very professional. I went back to her in the last couple of weeks believing that she would want me to have all of the relevant information but clearly the company do not want to establish the truth by thoroughly investigating what happened in court. I would not be wasting my time unless I knew exactly what happened in court.
When the case went to court I was present, when the judge tried to award me further money. Due to a “typo” in the paperwork he was unable to do so. The advocate employed my Legal for Landlords challenged this but quite rightly the judge could not award me this money as there was not the legality to support it.
I have complained to legal for landlords but they have no record of this conversation that took place in life court, this was witnessed by my friend and I.
The only way for me to prove my case is to get a transcript of the hearing. Honestly can you believe it? I’ve had no rent paid for a year and now this. I am fuming, it’s very unprofessional but I will not let this drop. I asked Legal for Landlord to get a transcript but they refused. I even said that if I was wrong then I would foot the bill for the transcript but they have refused this request. What is the point of employing this company unless they are able to reflect an accurate record of what was said in court that is relevant to my case?
