It’s a good service for the landlord, insofar as it completes everything from a landlord perspective. However, if you’re a time poor, hard-working guarantor it’s a pain in the neck process, goes on forever and it’s clunky doing proof of income (I gave tax adviser details, then asked me for bank statements, you don’t need both and it’s clunky sending from online banking). I find these apps just put all the work on the client and client service is out the window.

I received a notice asking me to contact a number about a potential rental property, and I wasn’t familiar with the service at all. From the moment he answered, he was kind, respectful and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.

Billy took the time to explain the notice clearly and walked me through each step in a way that made everything easy to understand. He listened carefully to what I said, repeated the key points back to me and outlined the information in a way that helped me fully understand what I was agreeing to and why. His patience and attention to detail made a real difference.

He was professional, honest and genuinely respectful throughout the conversation — qualities that are commendable, especially in customer‑facing roles. Terrible company, do not use please. As a tenant I have not been able to contact for over a week via calls and emails. The document upload process is broken only allowing one per day. Makes renting so much more stressfull.

Jack was very helpful and patient with me. He explained the questions very well and answered my questions as best as he could. The call was less stressful due to speaking to jack.

Hattie was most helpful, polite and friendly, she went through everything so I was completely clear about what was on offer to help with my move and she wasn’t in anyway pushy or made me feel like I had to sign up for things I didn’t want or need, I’ve never had a service like this in all the years I’ve been renting so I was very impressed at the level of care Hattie showed at what is a stressful time with a move in general
