Leisure Range Cookers Reviews

The cooker is missing 2 lights for the ovens. No light just 2 holes/slits. The large oven puffs out condensation out the vents at the top and the oven is soaking wet after I use it. I have had 2 ranges before and know this is not right.
Please help

After having the cooker installed used it several times and then when using the bottom oven for over half an hour opened the door to lots of black smoke and flames. Turned off oven and it continued to flame and smoke. After a huge panic put out flames with a tea towel but all the kitchen and dining room was covered in black bits. Called out warranty engineer which took to two days to come out after arguing that it was a safety issue because didn't want to come out for a week. He disconnected the cooker and said we have to wait for a letter to come in the post and ring a number. This took over a week to come. We had only had the brand new cooker installed for two weeks and now left without one. I used the cooker every day to cook for family and my mum is 78 . Now left without a cooker. We phoned the shop where we purchased it and was trying to sort it out because the phone number I rang said that they wouldn't come out and connect a new one because of measurements I sent wasn't right. We have had a cooker there in the same place for over 50 years. Still waiting for a new cooker and been left without one for three weeks. It's disgusting service when you have only had a brand new cooker for two weeks and could of burnt the house down if I wasn't there to put out the flames!!

Great cooker only had it about three mouth and the glass top hinge broke cheap plastic

Polite and helpful, arrived st stated time slot, efficient and jib completed.

Fitters arrived on time and very professional new range in within 3 hrs was working.

Only just install and not used all functions by it looks good in kitchen.

Previously owned a Leisure oven for many years & when the opportunity to purchase the updated model did not hesitate.

It's a very nice range cooker with a large (7 burner) gas hob, which gives plenty of room and choice of heat. We've only used the electric fan oven (it's dual fuel) so far but it gets to temperature quickly and does the job. The delivery team from AO were quick and efficient. So still early days but we are very pleased with our purchase at the moment.

Aesthetics: it's a really great looking oven. Really suits the room (a larger kitchen) and acts as a focal point as much as anything else!

Hob and plate functionality: a great set of burners and the griddle / hot plate functionality is outstanding. Stays hot for a long time.

Oven functionality: I haven't used the slow oven functionality yet, but everything else works very well. Heats quickly and circulates well with fan.

The best thing I can say about it is that temp dial accurately matches oven temperature (although I still use an oven thermometer) and is very consistent.

I considered a more expensive brand but did not think their product offered anything more, and in hindsight I am very pleased with this decision.

Oven is everything I need and more!

Really nice cooker. Much better that our previous leisure cooker

The vitue of haivng a Leisure Ranee Cooker is the choice of using the ovens. On my Range cooker I have choice of 4 ovens= all varous sizes. - this means that I can cook economiically depending on how many people I cooking for. the whole family of 8 or just myself/ plus hubby. The beneifit of having the use of the the wok burner also means that i can cook asian dishes which allows all members of the family to eat healthier.

Love my new range cooker . Easy to use and really looks the part in my kitchen.
