Leki at Open Air Reviews

SO FAST getting my replacements parts overseas.

This company did everything it said it would do. Communication from start to receipt of the goods was excellent and delivery was timely. I found Leki at open air while searching through a range of company’s on google website and I hoped they would be good as I’ve been let down by a few who advertise products they don’t have, don’t communicate well or just leave you hanging. So big thumbs up and It’s in my use again list.

An excellent customer service and prompt delivery.

Was looking for collapsible walking / trekking poles that would be more portable than my current Leki poles. I selected the vario which quickly open out to length. Not cheap, but Lekis' reputation for reliability persuaded me to buy. Free delivery too.

Great customer service, they quickly corrected my mistake. Getting a spare section is much cheaper than a new pole.
