Bought asics trainers for £60. Took 2 months to come. No tracking info,automated responses (customer services) Could not cancel. Appear to be fake as colour quality and fit is not good. Can’t return as sent from China (not clear when ordered). - score as I’ve had to buy another pair

I ordered a pair of Hoka trainers at half price. Received confirmation and a link to tracking which did not work. I waited a week and contacted my bank who told me I can't claim the money back until I've waited a month. In the meantime, with no warning, the trainers arrived! They look like Hokas but I think they are a cheap copy, the fit is not as good as a pair of Hokas I already own. I would advise anybody thinking of ordering from Lenn Holland to keep their money and save up for genuine Hokas from a reliable supplier. You really do get what you pay for and often at far more expense than if you'd bought the genuine article. Steer clear from Lenn Holland!

I've purchased a pair of trainers, and cannot find the tracking or order on the webpage, only through Shop app, I have sent them 2 emails without any response. Very bad service and zero information provided for my order

Arrived late but emails where answered check original site for hoka i think they maybe nock offs but good shoes altogether and comfy at least for now they seem sturdy and seems well made so fingers crossed

STAY AWAY! COMPLETE SCAM!

I thought I was another casualty of what appeared to be a Hooka trainers scam:Long delay after payment, problems with tracking the item and no reply to my request for a refund. However a pair of trainers were delivered today (8 June - ordered on 23 May). They are made in Vietnam. Hoka have outsourced production so they are genuine. I have broad feet and the fit is snug. So if you want to use these to run in perhaps go up half a size.

Where to start? I ordered some Brooks trainers on 10 May. No sign of them for ages. The tracking links on their emails didn't work. When I emailed customer service they fobbed me off with excuses about international shipping. The trainers arrived on 4 June and they are not even the style I ordered and look like cheap fakes. Avoid this company at all costs.

Would give no stars if possible.. I swore I would never be caught like this again but unfortunately have been.. wasn't advertised through social media was Google hit! HOKA trainers costing in total £55 paid through SHOP.have been waiting patiently but now tracking has disappeared/ have emailed twice no response..now I think they have basically closed correspondence from my email address to them awaiting 14 days as instructed from my bank.but I think they are now marketing under at least another 2 names one being bobstasia..
What a total scam! Google should block these scam websites from Asia countries scamming that they are selling as uk outlets.. very unhappy indeed I work hard to be able to purchase items that I need..
Gutted.

*UPDATE* They emailed back eventually to say couldn't be cancelled as goods are in transit.. Arrived yesterday definitely FAKE HOKA trainers...

Ordered ASICS shoes a week ago. Got a dispatch email but the tracking and order links are both broken. No updates, no way to track anything. Pretty frustrating experience so far.

ordered some trainers, the email gives a tracking number and order number but when clicked doesn't give any details. tried phoning and the number does not exist in the UK. unfortunately like others I foolishly didn't check out the site before ordering on this occasion. Surely the search engines can put a block on this site. my trainers have not arrived and given other reviews I have no confidence they will.

Oh dear. Waited ages. Sent wrong trainers. Look like fakes. Had to send photo evidence as I assume I wasn’t believed. Return policy is basically me send them back to china and must ensure tracked item (no mention of cost being covered) they will then “check” them before refund. What a palaver definitely a dodgy outfit. Do not consider using.

I will report them to cyber fraud when I have enough time - they post fake display when sending product (say “Dispatched” ) actually just to fool you . That seems like some Chinese company operating with fake product and scamming people — ( cmon guys people work hard to generate income )

Like others, ordered a pair of Hoka’s, checked out home page , looked legit with London address……2 months later nothing, email / tracking pages not valid.
Kicking myself because I normally check reviews but all looked good ….although I suppose price was cheap

No such thing as a free lunch….as I constantly tell my kids!

Ordered a merino wool cardigan. 3 weeks later parcel arrived, badly made 100% polyester cardigan. In their defence (sort of) they have replied to my emails but if i want a refund i have to return the item to China at my expense. This is what you hear of on a daily basis and say 'not me, I'm no mug'.
Well I'm now a mug!!

This company is a scam. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered some HOKA shoes from them. Fortunately for me Amex have already given me a refund and will take up the dispute with Len Holland

No tracking updates, the phone number doesn’t work and no sign of the trainers.
Reported to credit card company.

Would give no stars if I could.just been scammed by this company.do not order from this company.complete scam from China and should not be allowed to advertise. Got my payment stopped.

Exactly the same as the other one star reviews, complete scam, this company should absolutely not be promoted on Google. Order tracking non existent, even if the goods do arrive they're from China and highly unlikely to be authentic. Lesson learned! Avoid at all costs.
