This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Ideally would give no stars but it isn't an option.
The website is deceptively professional and claims to be a UK-based company with a UK address and telephone number. Evidently, it appears that their items actually come from China, but there was no mention of this. It wouldn't surprise me if there is no UK-based part of it.
I ordered a pair of trainers. After a week, I hadn't heard anything about shipping or delivery, and the delivery time claimed to be 7-10 days. They say to use the Shop app to track your item and on this it just said the shipping label had been created but no dispatch.
I had to contact them to get them to dispatch the order. I received the item about 3 weeks after I ordered them. They looked like they might have been genuine, but after reading reviews about this company I couldn't guarantee that, and they arrived after what I wanted them for so I said I wanted to return.
To return the item I had to confirm that I hadn't used them and how I would be returning them in one e-mail. Then they wanted photos in the next e-mail. After that, they said they were having a "payment processing issue" and needed to wait until this was resolved before I could return in their next e-mail. It took some days to actually get a return address from them, which was in China, and I was told that I would get a refund 3-7 business days after my refund had been processed.
I posted the item via Royal Mail. It made it to China but the only update I got was that it was held in Chinese Customs due to 'further information' being required for it to be released? The link to the Chinese Delivery company on the Royal Mail website does not work. Supposedly, to release the item, the Chinese Customs should contact the receipient, i.e. Lenn Holland, to get the informatio required.
I contacted Lenn Holland again who told me my full refund had been approved (except they told me it was £70.95 instead of the £74.95 I had paid) and they would chase it. I contacted them again when nothing happened and was told it would be chased.
I last sent an e-mail chasing this a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing. Now the website seems to no longer exist. Needless to say, I suspect my money has gone too.
The order was placed at the start of June 2026 and this has been a debacle for 3 months.
Absolutely a bunch of charlatans that I wouldn't place an ounce of trust in. I am so frustrated. And feel such a fool for not looking into reviews of them sooner. There are even YouTube videos showing what an appalling company they are.
I am now super careful about any website I use that I'm not familiar with, and do some research about it before using it, because of this.
My advice would be DO NOT USE!

I ordered a pair of trainers, Didn't arrive, contacted them, they told me still in transit but could give any delivery date. 6 weeks no delivery or contact from this company. Emailed multiple times. Tracking number provided didn't exist. Ended up getting a refund via my bank after 2 months because this company would not communicate with me. Absolutely appalling company. Do not use.

This site is a scam. I ordered some trainers and they never artived.
Despite numerous emails, I didn't receive one response and eventually had to claim through my bank.
The website says their offices are in London when a further check with companies house suggest Chinese origin.

Fake, Fake, Fake.
“Hoka’s” initially appeared ok, but after only 3 months they are falling apart.
Tread virtually non existent now, after little use.
On top of the fake items, I waited over 3 weeks for them to arrive, getting “fake” tracking numbers to fob me off.

Terrible experience. Order never arrived and waiting months for a refund

Ordered a pair of ASICS Novablast 5's size 10.5.

Took 2 weeks to arrive from china and the trainers were the wrong size and completely fake, there was glue drips coming from the joins in the shoe!

I contacted customer service and they seemed helpful and keen to resolve. After sending photos as proof of incorrect size sent they offered a replacement of refund. After requesting a refund on 7th June 2026 they ceased to continue all dialogue after multiple emails over 2 weeks. It's now 6th Sept 2026 and I'm 2 days away from having my bank authorise a chargeback for the payment of £70.

Didn't receive item, no contact

Don’t order from this company - it’s a con - I ordered a boss t-shirt paid 35.00 on 5 July 2026 never received it I have emailed them 20 times and was told I would get the t- shirt but it never came and I have had no more emails from them - what a con I will tell everyone I know what a con this so called company is robbing money off hard working people who just want a bargain - hope you and everyone connected with karma gets it

I ordered a pair of trainers and received a confirmation email and tracking number. The link they send leads to an error page. No trainers were delivered. No reply to my messages. Reported as fraud. Avoid!

When I placed an order for 3 pairs I hadn't seen reviews. So mad at myself. I was so desperate to get help with my walking and Hoka had been mentioned in a podcast as worth trying. I received two - 1 package arrived damaged - to find them too narrow. I got in touch and immediately was asked for photos of the damage, to wait for 3rd to arrive before they would give info on how to return. At this point I felt all was good. 3rd pair arrived a couple of days later. I contacted asking for return process and that's where communication stopped. I've been in touch a few times since. Nothing. My partner passed away in February and finances are very tight. I can't afford to lose this money as I need it to buy alternatives. They don't care. Despicable scam.

Shoes came late and were the wrong size. When they arrived they were fake shoes! The box sticker dosent match the shoes and logo is off. The tracking number is linked to a counterfeit shoe location. Avoid!

I wish I’d read the reviews before about Lenn Holland. I still haven’t received my Hoka trainers and no response from customer services. Google should also stop allowing these fake companies to operate on their site.

Terrible terrible service. Sent wrong shoes.. then consistently lied about sending reimbursement….. I would rate it minus 10.

I would not recommend Lenn Holland. I was told my order was on its way, but I never received it and they could not provide a proper tracking number. I asked several times for a full refund and got nowhere, so I had to claim the money back through my credit card company. Poor communication and a very disappointing experience.

Total scammers!!!!
Bought some trainers, not only did they send the wrong item but the wrong size. Their customer support do not reply so I am left with an item I can’t use.

Avoid this company.

I ordered blue and rose gold trainers but received blue, navy and gold instead. I contacted the company immediately to request either a refund or an exchange, but over two months later I still have no resolution and virtually no communication.

I’ve been left with no option but to leave this review to warn others. In my experience, you don’t necessarily receive what you order, and if there’s a problem, don’t expect decent customer service or a prompt resolution.

I won’t be buying from them again.

Sold me fake ASICs shoes although that were advertised as real. Admitted they were fake in email. Stopped responding and hasn't refunded. Shipping was later than advertised too. I would avoid this place if you care about quality or genuine products.

Lesson learnt, check trustpilot.

Trainers arrived after almost 3 weeks in the wrong size. I emailed to get details of returns and refunds. They apologized and said they were waiting for a response from the relevant team. I chased over and over again but never received a further reply.

As with many other reviews for this company, I ordered trainers which have not arrived. None of the links on their emails/website for tracking work. Looks like a scam, smells like a scam....
