I wish I had checked the reviews first. I ordered some trainers, I received an email with tracking details. On the shop app, the only information provided was that a label had been created. I emailed the company and was assured my goods had been shipped. I emailed a few more times before cancelling the order. When I requested refund updates, I was ignored. I got in touch with my bank who have successfully resolved the issue.

They did not ship the item I ordered. It has been two months. They said it would be 5-10 business days. This company is a scam and will steal from you.

PURE SCAM WEBSITE.. NEVER RECEIVED ITEM AND HAD TO RETRIEVE MY MONEY BACK VIA BANK.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Absolutely agree with all comments and I should have checked it was legitimate. I expect there isn’t any fraud agency this can be reported to as it’s in China.
Out of pocket approx £50

AVOID AT ALL COST - ordered trainers months ago. They have my money & I have no trainers! Customer services are a joke as don’t help/fob you off….. This is FRAUD- obtaining money by deception!!!!

I wish I could give them a 0 star review. Please do not order anything from Lenn Holland as this is a scammer. I ordered 2 pair of shoes from them and never received them. THey communicated until I realized it was a scam, then I requested my money be returned with no response back from them. Ordered the shoes on 5/25/2026 and gave them plenty of time to arrive.

Non existent customer service, took three weeks to arrive. Sizes completely wrong and no reply on how to return. DO NOT USE!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.!!!! I would have given zero if I could. Ordered shoes 5 weeks ago and still have not received. Got a response to email to say order being processed. Subsequent emails ignored. Might as well throw your money away.

If minus stars could be done I would. Ordered Hokkas, not true to size and probably not legit. Asked to return got told I had to send to China and could keep the ( Dodgy trainers) and have a 35% refund as a good will gesture. Not heard a thing since. Avoid like the plague do not use. A shame companies are able to do this and still operate. -5 🌟.

I ordered Brooks Adrenaline GTS25 size 10 standard width. After a slow delivery, I eventually received Brooks Glycerine 22, size 10 wide fitting. I believe they may be counterfeit.
I contacted Lenn Holland and they responded very quickly, asking for photos, which I sent. Since then, there has been no response to any of my emails.

Would give a zero if I could. This is a total scam, do not shop here. They dont send the items and do not respond to emails and the phone number of the website is false.

Ordered on 25 May. No tracking information has been provided. Emailed and was told there's often a delay in parcel tracking information. Have had 2 emails in response to my queries but not once have I been given any information about the status of my order, an estimated delivery date or an apology for the appalling lack of service.

They provided a fake tracking number, never responded to my email so I asked my card company to step in and got the money back. PLEASE BE WARNED THIS IS NOT A REAL SELLER.

Horrible experience. Never buying again . The delivery of the product was super late and customer service is absolutely rubbish.

The wrong size was sent. It’s been over 8 weeks and I am still waking for them to process a refund . Their customer service advisor Katrina has been most unhelpful and has not started the refund process till date

The item that was sent was a fake. When I originally contacted the sellers they woul respond fairly quickly.

Then when I sent photos of the item as request they have gone silent, failing to reply. The online platform are also unable to help.

In essence, its a scam.

Sadly, as with most others that have left reviews about Lenn Holland, my experience is that it’s a scam. I am normally so cautious before buying products on-line but I was blinded by the chance of buying some Hoka trainers at a cracking price………but as the saying goes “If it looks too good to be true, it probably is”!
A month has gone by with not a word on my order and no response from this ‘company’ (who I doubt exist anyway). I guess I’ll just have to write off my £69 to experience.

Based on my experience and that of others, I would avoid at all cost.

Absolute Scam organization. Do not purchase from them. Mis-advertised goods as being available in stock in the UK. Will not respond to email requests for cancelation and refund 27 days after order placed and not received when it was supposed to be in-stock in the UK.

Scam site, didn’t receive what I ordered, site looked really good, people beware don’t order from this site!

My order took ages to arrive. When it was finally delivered it was the wrong product and I strongly suspect its a counterfeit product
