Don’t go near this supplier, any issues they are unable to resolve, they sent me the wrong shoes and won’t arrange a return - communication has fallen off despite many emails chasing a response.. . I will have to go to my bank to resolve it.

Ordered Hoka 21st May
Checked tracking did not exist, sent an email they sent another tracking no. still non existent.
Sent another email 19th June. No reply!
Have not recieved my shoes or had an email back!
No shoes, no refund!

Please beware of Lenn Holland. I would not recommend ordering from them. Claim to be UK based but the item took 3 weeks to arrive. Tracking number didn’t work. No idea it was coming from China. When it did arrive it was the wrong size and colour. Contacted them straight away to request a refund and at first offered to refund 35% of the item but I refused and asked for the full refund and have now been ignored! Sent around 10 emails and no response! I would not recommend!! It is a scam.

AVOID. Terrible. Took 2 weeks to send the running shoes I’d ordered and only after I chased them a couple of times. Trainers arrived, no dispatch slip, no information on how to return if unsuitable. Trainers also look and feel fake, logos are off, weight is not the same, etc. Emailed them to ask if I can return, only response I have is to send photos and they’ve ignored my request for a return slip. Reported to bank for a chargeback and also reported to Trading Standards

Site is a complete scam. Never received my order and links to website and tracking link now do not work. Wish I read reviews on here before ordering.

Scam company, orders from the website will not be delivered. Avoid.

I have been waiting 12 days now since my order was apparently shipped. Every link to the order tracking and website does not work, i phone customer services and the mobile is switched off (not a mobile number advertised) E mailed customer services and no reply. Luckily I paid by credit card so getting a refund as started dispute

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Absolute scam. My goods haven't arrived and I can't track my delivery (not even on their own tracking section of their own website). Worth paying more money elsewhere than to give money to these dogs

Ordered running shoes ,no tracking and never delivered, tried for a refund never got that either . So my bank did

Do not use as others bought some shoes not cheap and i have been waiting for three weeks. Just asked for refund and now no reply. trying to get money back now via bank.

Same as everyone else. Scamming. Bought trainers. No trainers, no response to chasing, telephone number does not work etc. Avoid at all costs.

I bought some running shoes, the ordere got stuck as label created and they just keep telling me they will keep monitoring or no reply. it's been three weeks

Same as so many reviews ordered Hoka Speedgoat and thought the price really was too good to be true, needed to be more diligent and check with Trustpilot prior to purchasing.

This is a scam: I have ordered HOKA running shoes and never received them. The tracking link doesn't work. I contacted the company and they re not replying.

Thought I was buying from the UK.
Started feeling suspicious when order didn’t arrive within reasonable time. Still hasn’t arrived. They replied to my emails at first, but now they have stopped.
Am v cross with myself as paid £80 for a pair of trainers I am not expecting to receive.

Completely fraudulent. Made the order and paid, received a scam tracking email. I contacted them to say this was fraud. They emailed back cancelling the order and there is a payment pending in my account that has not gone through in over a week - I don’t expect it to. Do not order anything from them.

Ordered 2 pairs of Hoka's before checking reviews. Needless to say after I had I was not expecting a delivery, just waiting for enough time to elapse so I could claim on my credit card.
After 3 weeks a pair of Hoka's turned up and I'm assuming they are fakes but if so, they are bloody good so happy with these. Another pair turned up about a week later and although the quality seems pretty good the white is a nasty off white so spoils the look. All in all pleased with purchase but think I'm definitely one of the lucky ones. Not pushing that luck and buying from this site again though.

Unlike some people on here, I did indeed receive the item I ordered, and in a decent timeframe. The team did communicate with me throughout (however I believe "Katrina" is a fake name they use, as some of the emails seem to be from different people unaware of other messages in the thread, but all signed off as "Katrina").

However the product I received was counterfeit, poor quality dupes of Asics trainers.

Avoid.

I wrote an earlier review which was not complementary. I now feel I need to do an update. I eventually made contact via an email which was replied to. Today I received my delivery of Hoka trainers. They are a small size 7 . I’m not bold over by the quality but having not owned a pair of Hoka I can’t compare. I will keep these, however, I will order a pair of trainers from the Hoka site paying a proper price.
