5 stars for Let Alliance, and specifically for Freya! She made setting up my insurance completely hassle-free and easy. We spoke first on the Tuesday, and she followed up right on schedule this Thursday just as she said she would. Freya was so kind and took the a lot of time to answer every single question I had. It's rare to get such reliable, friendly, and punctual service. Thank you!

Poor system, report output and frightening outcome from their IT systems. Reporting to concluding the outcome was not based on the Realtime scenario rather, seems to be input manually whereas Apps immediately connected to my Banking App etc to fetch the data immediately for checking about my affordability for being the guarantor. Very disappointed and rather humiliated.

I had been paying Let Alliance monthly for around two years. When it came time to leave the property, we became concerned that our landlord may claim the flooring had been damaged.

I spoke to Lucy from the claims team, who I found incredibly unhelpful and seemed to have little interest in discussing the situation. After some back and forth and explaining the circumstances, she stated that although we are covered for accidental damage to the property, we would not be covered if Let Alliance themselves deemed the issue to be wear and tear — regardless of what our landlord considers the damage to be.

This was extremely frustrating, especially after paying for the cover for two years. The whole experience has left me questioning what exactly the policy is intended to cover.

Great service prompt and always quick in replying. We took out insurance for contents and landlord cover for damaged. We dealt with Freya Crompton and I must say she was fantastic. Explained everything had great knowledge and also answered and explained any questions I had. Freya Crompton Is an asset to your company and a lot of customers service centres could do with taking a leaf out of her book. So me and my wife would like to say a big thank you to Freya for all her help please past this on.

Scott was genuinely outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the policy, what was and wasn’t required, and how the cover worked in our situation.

What really stood out was how straightforward and honest he was. He gave clear, practical guidance without trying to overcomplicate anything, and made what had been a stressful part of our move much easier to deal with.

I took out rental insurance with Let Alliance for my previous rented property. After I moved out, there was some of damages, so I submitted a claim expecting the insurance to cover at least some of the cost.

Let Alliance passed my claim to MPL Claims. However, after the claim was reviewed, I was told that individual items valued below £100 were not covered. Because of this condition, none of my claim was paid, even though the total damage was not much.

I was very disappointed with the outcome because I had paid for the insurance expecting protection against this type of damage. In the end, I received no payment from either Let Alliance or MPL Claims.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this insurance carefully checks the policy wording, exclusions and minimum claim values before purchasing, especially the rules relating to individual items under £100.

The service advisor Iona Barron was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process easy to follow and understand.

Will Longman was really great and lovely to speak to, he was so helpful and patient, he talked me through all of the different packages and helped me choose which would be best for me, he was kind enough to pass me through to a home telecom advisor, i got a really great deal with them! thank you guys!
