Letgo will not release my payment to me. I have written them 2 letters, I have traded my bank info. I have asked person I sold to , to ask. They are just keeping money that is mine!!!

The company now filled our feeds with unnecessary ugly car ads, and the feed is not consisting of our interests, they force us to see hundreds of car ads. no matter what we have selected as our interest at the beginning. I have sent many emails regarding this, and no response, they do not have a support team. Once I am done with the sales, I will again delete the app. and so that I won't also get spammy notifications, which don't make any sense.

An online classified that doesn't offer a services column or classification probably the only classified in history that doesn't offer a services topic Ludacris

I have used this app for only a week and posted up about five things over $3,000 with equipment and all I got was nothing but scams every single message. This is the worst app I have ever used in my whole life. I have to input one star just to leave a message but honestly I would have leave no stars

Letgo was so amazing. Easy to use, quick and reliable. OfferUp is swamped with scammers and private shady businesses that it’s almost impossible to purchase or sell something of quality. Worst ever!!! Not sure what they were thinking, but it’s the worst business move for consumers.

this site is pretty much all merchants or scammers. The scammers do as they please. no matter if you report them or not. now you cant even report without signing in. just another hurdle for these idiot aiding and abettors. Go other places not here. they must be run by the nigerian prince who is supposed to be sending me money.

The app it’s self sucks and the sellers and it’s been nothing but scams on it too!!! Let go and offer up need upgrades ASAP!!!

Before LetGo combined with Offerup it was GREAT! I made several sales and purchases...all within 30 miles. Now it's a conglomeration of various commercial ads from all venues from all over the world, even when you set filter to 'pickup', etc. Just useless for me. I'm OUT.

I love let it go I wish u all would go back to let it go the other app is not good at all! Please reconsider.

Offer up SUCKS!! Letgo was the BEST so easy n made some nice money easy sales and hits all day! offer up NONE!! all scammers so far no one real and site is sloppy and all over the place I Hate it!!! I was selling so much and now ZERO!!!! BRING BACK LETGO!!!!!

If I can do negative stars I would worst app ever, when I have tried to delete or archive items I no longer watching can’t get rid of them!!!! Also people never respond made 10 attempts on communicating on items only one responded .. it’s the WORST EVER!!!

Bring let go back and offer up should give it up... this sucks!

This is practically the same review I was writing for offer up, just with the fact that offerup is them now and made it even worse which was the reason I deleted both apps. Here is my offer up app review which is applicable 100% on letgo because it’s the same :
This is the worst App out there
OMG, this is by far the very worst selling app I’ve ever encountered anywhere in the world. We used to live in Brazil for two years and even there they have bad selling apps like the already deceased (good!) totally useless eskina app (exactly the same thing as offerup,same scammers,same cheapniks) but this one beats them all. You get around five questions a day From the worst and cheapest people you’ve ever seen. I wonder if those people have ever owned more than five dollars at once. Even after you tell them the item is still available they disappear, even after you tell them their price offer is accepted they just disappear. Once I met a guy, he wanted to pay me on PayPal, but he didn’t even have PayPal, so he wanted to take (steal) the merchandise (An ipad) and do it (Payment) from home which I of course did not accept .This black guy (Quelle surprise) then wanted to go to an ATM and bring the money but he obviously disappeared on the way back . Another guy even called me back to pick up my cell phone and guess what ,never showed up. Another guy wanted to pay me $500 for a $5000 watch. Bottom line, just forget this app.This is the worst of the worst, and you will attract the worst of the worst ghetto dwellers you will have ever seen. Now they even bought letgo app, so they have a united front of morons just waiting for you to bother you.Oh my god what a terrible app. You would not even be able to give something away for free on that app. Compared to this even Ebay would be five stars.Put your stuff on eBay, you won’t get much but at least you will get something. This app sucks.
Advice to all females : take a gun on a meetup or your husband !

let go is very good website and offer up is good also and i know dont why people said bad thing aout them and i also love offer up and i have good luck with them

Letgo and Offer updon’t allow buyer to review seller unless until seller reviews buyer making it very easy for sellers to not get bad reviews, so you cannot trust seller based on reviews. I will never us them again.
I bought a supposedly brand new sealed iPod, because it was an old model told seller Kyle from Melbourne Fl I wanted him to charge it. He had some gadget he plugged it into to show me battery was charging, continued home to finish charging it wld never charge. He won’t respond back to me.

We all want letgo back !! F*** offerup !!!

Offer up sucks!!! Please bring back Let Go

Terrible idea to merge with Offer Up. It basically downgraded, from a well oiled machine to a gunked up widget. I was so perturbed after spending hours posting things on Letgo, and then having everything deleted without notice a couple days later. The response from them was, "everything has been deleted with the merge, you will need to repost everything. Your post eventually times out and you'd need to repost everything anyway."
Well, my answer to them is, "no, no I won't." The least they could've done was save us precious time by notifying us in advance, even a wk before, or days before, instead of in the morning when we couldn't even sign in anymore.
Absolutely terrible customer/client services.
I've installed the Offer Up app, tried using it a few times, but not feeling it. It's not as user friendly, it's ugly, and slower to post.
It's not like Letgo can do anything about it now, even if they're notified about this complaint.

I think I will go back to Craigslist and eBay for the time being, even if they're slow too. At least they archive the posts and have good customer service.

Absolutely agree with recent comments about the merge with OfferUp. Letgo was a great venue with decent merchandise and it was a pleasure to use. Just so much better on its own. I can’t seem to find decent pieces for sale since the merge and I’ve looked high and low; A crying shame!

Letgo was just fine until they merged with Offer Up, bunch of jack asses trying to fix something that wasn't broken, now its so terrible I will be forced to find another sell, buy and trade app... Such a disappointment!
