There was an issue with an old lock. Called Dennis right away and he arrived very quickly. The old lock was removed and replaced. Dennis was very professional and I highly recommend him!

Excellent service from Denis, from prompt response to my call, identifying the issue and having the part available there and then to fit. He even took some time to make some small adjustments to the door as well. All carried out in a professional and friendly manner.

Called Liberty Locksmiths after key snapped in lock. Very happy with the speedy response and also with the work carried out by Denis. Would definitely recommend & wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Having moved into our new house, the front door lock failed.
I called Dennis and he was there promptly. He diagnosed the issue as a broken gearbox and replaced everything.

Would definitely recommend Libertylocksmiths. Our front door wouldn't lock and the handle was off. Called Denis and he was there within the hour. Great, efficient service. He left us extra keys and even fixed a difficult lock we had on another door.

Excellent service. My door jammed in the evening but was fortunately secure for the night. I sent Denis an email and got a prompt response and he came out to fix it in the morning. He replaced a faulty gearbox and fixed the alignment of our door. Very friendly, and took the time to show me what had failed!

Amazing service. My aunt who has dementia, her door would not lock on 23rd of December. I had popped over after work and in a panic googled and found Liberylocksmiths. I was amazed that they were with us within around 30 minutes. Especially just at Christmas time, fixed the lock issue there and then. Amazing service.

10 out of 10 service, My door lock was broken and I was locked out of my flat, I contacted Denis after my sister recommended him, he was out to fix my door straight away. Fantastic work and fixed the issue quickly.

I called Denis at 9am for a broken door lock. Denis called to assess job, left for replacement parts and returned to fix the lock and mechanism. The door was fixed within an hour of my initial call. Outstanding service from Denis.

Denis came quickly when I was locked out in the cold. Once we were in he gave my options to sort the door so I can’t lock myself out again. Great job done quickly. Friendly service and great value for money.

I lost my keys and Denis came within 30 minutes. He changed our locks and sorted two doors that wouldn't close/lock properly. Would highly recommend him.
