I spoke to Shania yesterday. I genuinely can’t remember having had a clearer, easier, more positive energy filled customer service call. What a refreshing change.

Also, the help she offered actually was followed through on, another refreshing change. A company that hires well, and team members that can actually do their job as well as having a positive, customer first attitude. A rare find in this modern world.

Joseph was very patient as i had to rescedule our phone consult many times. He sent documents via email so i didn't feel pressure and could look at in my own time to make sure i was comfortable with my decision.
He answered all questions that i had and explained everything in detail.

I have been waiting 3 months to get my medical records to confirm the insurance. Lifebroker agents have been quite poor with follow up and communication on this. I have called multiple times each week and never get calls back. I never get notified of progress even after asking.

Bravo was very helpful and made it easy to understand and also explain value for money comparison between life insurance policies.
I will not hesitate to recommend Bravo to other potential customers.
