Horrific customer service. We bought a frame that showed the mat in the picture. It was insanely expensive and the quality was so upsetting for the price paid. There was no assistance provided by the team and we will not be purchasing from them ever again. So disappointed. Everything looks incredibly nice but the quality is not up to par and you don’t get any support when it’s not right. Do not buy from this company

I would rate it less than 1 if I could. I would NOT use this company ever again, their website looks great, as does their products, but you won't see the products in your home, as they do not deliver....... just AI generated emails saying delayed shipment. I parted with $2500 for 5 stools in May, and I still have not received them. They only show positive reviews on their website, as real customers can not leave a review there! Do yourself a favour and find your products elsewhere.........

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Unless an item is specifically stated as being in stock, you are likely to experience extensive delays with no reason cited.
I purchased two Capri bar stools on March 19, and it was clearly stated that more stock was expected in the coming weeks. I've received email after email pushing the delivery date back, it's now August and I've just received yet ANOTHER email stating that they are now not expecting the stock to arrive until October.
This is utterly ridiculous. I cannot believe how this company operates. Quick to take your money, and then they just gaslight you with expected delivery dates.

Ordered in March. Paid in March. Stupid emails started in May to say delayed. They continued to July. On delivery day got a call to see if I wanted to pay $285 for assembly. Moral to the story. The more a CEO tells his followers his company is customer focused the less it actually is. Never again

Unlikely to repurchase again.
Was told the waiting time would be up to 12 weeks and I only received my items 20 weeks later. When they arrived, the items were broken/faulty and another item was the wrong order. Customer service provided extremely poor resolution alternatives as well, offering 20% discount despite my extended wait experience, and being unable to replace the stock. For the price you pay and the quality you get, this has really soured my first-time client experience with the store. Please save your money and time and find some place else

Fraudulent practices, buyer beware. For having such a modern aesthetic, they have some of the most archaic policies I have ever seen. I regret ever spending a dollar with this company. I’m currently 9 months pregnant and I’ve been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for over a month now because of a delayed bed shipment that was meant to ship within 2 weeks. When I followed up to ask for an update on the expected delivery date they were still selling the same item with a shipping date of that same week, but I was told it would be another 6 weeks because of production delays. They are knowingly selling product and taking money without intention to deliver. No proactive communication and the only offer is store credit to cancel the order.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

When I placed my order, I was advised of a 12-week lead time. Over five months later, I am still waiting for my bed head.

Throughout this time, I have repeatedly been told there were delays, with no proactive communication or realistic updates. Now that I've waited well beyond the original timeframe, I've requested a refund because the product has not been supplied within the timeframe I agreed to.

Instead of a refund, I've been told I can only receive store credit, despite the delay being entirely outside of my control. Being forced to spend more money with a company that has already failed to deliver the product as promised is extremely disappointing.

A business shouldn't advertise estimated delivery times that it cannot reasonably meet and then expect customers to accept months of delays without offering a genuine refund option. While production delays can happen, customers should not bear all of the risk.

Very disappointing experience, poor customer service, and I certainly won't be shopping here again.

9 month wait time!

I’m convinced they’re waiting for a tree to grow before they cut it down to make my bedside tables.

Special order items delayed by more than 6 months. Keeps extending by a month every month. Will not be reasonable and refund despite missing their own ETA targets 4 times.

Be extremely wary of purchasing from this company. Better yet, I think find similar products elsewhere as they aren’t reasonable when they themselves aren’t able to provide any form of accurate delivery or timeline. 6 months of delays is unreasonable for a simple desk. That’s six months my daughter hasn’t been able to use it as her main study area.

Shop elsewhere. Buyer beware.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Rude ‘customer service’ department, ridiculous refund policies, and an unwillingness or care to do the right thing by customers.

Won’t be shopping with them ever again and would highly recommend no one else shops with them.

We received the Rio drawers that were not up to the standard of manufacture we expected . None of the drawers aligned ,the gaps between the drawers were all uneven and when closing the drawers they were hitting each other . This set of drawers was eventually replaced with a second set of drawers .. the second set of drawers were manufactured to a better standard but still with alignment issues and the metal legs were not straight . We ourselves found someone who managed to align the drawers and when I mentioned this to them I was told the warranty was now void . Life Interiors market themselves as an upmarket store but unfortunately the quality control is seriously lacking ! Janica who helped us and replaced the first set of drawers was helpful .Also they don’t post any negetive reviews online !!

I placed an order in November.
Its March and I still do not have it.
There has been delays with the arrival into the country, delays with shipping and now they have cancelled my delivery twice, after requiring me to be home to accept delivery.
There is simply no way to navigate compensation once they have your money. Steer Clear.

The reviews say it all to be honest. I was hoping for a better experience but even at pre-sales, this company has no accountability.

Misleading customers with a specific advertised price but not willing to fulfill orders at prices they’ve listed. It’s not one item, it’s multiple items across their range.

Customer service initially confirmed they could see the same pricing on their end, but later reverted their stance to excusing it as issues with them “not approving” their own ads. Diabolical for such a big retailer.

Terrible organisation to deal with. Not worth the headaches.

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. The service has been absolutely shocking. Never experienced anything like it before. And there is so little care and responsibility from each employee I have dealt with. 1 out 2 of my items was delayed for 3 months. Never spoke to a manager no matter how many times I was promised they would call. And only offered me a $50 gift voucher to use with them, knowing very well I never wanted to purchase anything from them again. Then when the bed finally arrived, the size of the slats was incorrect so I still could not use the bed. Gave me their word that I would speak to a manager. Did not happen - big surprise! Called back two days later and they still had not ordered the correct bed slats in. Tried to speak to the person in charge of my case and she did not call back. They just don't care! It is not worth ordering anything from Life Interiors and dealing with the headache afterwards.

Looks great in my space and adds a really nice, modern touch. The quality feels solid and it gives off a warm, cozy light. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

If I could provide negative stars I would. Product purchased on the expectation it would be available end of november as stated. No option to collect the product from melbourne where a warehouse was located. And delivery fee mandatory. Not withstanding that I reluctantly agreed to purchase the product with "free shipping" to melbourne as part of a black friday sale. The product was then delayed and due to arrive 2-3 weeks after the original delivery date and after which I was due to move to South Australia. Life Interiors customer service is horrific. I would never ever ever recommend them. Do not purchase from them.

In Well I guess I should’ve read the reviews before ordering. If you have a date that you need something by, absolutely don’t order through Life Interiors. They straight up lie about delivery dates. The item I ordered a month ago is now not going to be delivered for another month, despite it showing as ‘in stock’ ‘ships in 2-3 days’ on their site currently.

Customer service just provides platitudes, no actual solutions. Horrendous experience.

Awful.
I ordered a Table and Chairs 27th June via Debenhams.
It was not suitable so arranged a collect Refund.
I still have no Refund.
After myself and Klarna pursuing this via Debenhams still no refund.
