Super Speedy, knew our system and solved the problem quickly

We got in to difficulties having purchased a new phone - I have to say Ashley was fantastic - he calmly talked us though making the necessary changes and adjustments - thank you!!!

My new iphone managed to delete my business email. Ashley remained calm and when all around was losing the will! He talked me through it and I cannot thank him enough. He saved a new iphone from being thrown out of a window ! He's an absolute star !

The service received and customer service has been poor, unexpected and inconsistent billing, booked engineers who don't turn up on date and time specified. Would strongly advise to look elsewhere for IT support.

I spoke to Richard today to set up our WiFi telephones and couldn’t be more impressed. Richard was very professional and patient. He guided me through every step with ease.

Communication throughout was clear and helpful, and he ensured everything was fully tested and working correctly before finishing the job and checked with the teams on site if there was anything else he could help with before he left.
