Brilliant service and Grace took time to explain the process in detail using language I could understand. Would definitely recommend to others

The efficient way in which SFP dealt with my company's MVL application, and their constant feedback during the process, made the whole experience appear simple and easy. In addition, the timely manner in which each stage was completed was also very impressive. I highly recommend using SFP!

Informative, speedy and thorough service

Started out well, decent communication with Daisy who was responsive. Since it's moved on to the next stage the communication has been completely dire to non existant. I have no idea what's going on, what the timeframe is, and my emails and phone calls are outright ignored or the responses are vague. If this changes I'll update this review but as of right now I'm stressed out and wondering if I've been scammed.

Updating this now as things seem to have improved somewhat.

Grace has throughout actioned work by the dates on which she promised she would. I have been very impressed both with my interactions with Grace, and also with the systems that SFP have put in place to streamline the MVL process.

I have been emailing this company since March to try and get a refund from a company that went into liquidation. I have not had a single response from anyone. I was told someone was looking into my case in March - extremely poor communication. I just want my money back
