Helpful, professional and straightforward.

Couldn't be happier. SFP as liquidators of my company were both reasonably priced, and excellent. They made it very clear upfront what would happen, and provided all the relevant guidance and documentation to be completed. The first 80% (and second 10%) distributions were extremely timely - a matter of weeks. (The final 10% is dependent on HMRC so is out of SFP's control!) Highly recommended!

The process was so well laid out both in provided materials and in description by the assigned consultant.

SFP are very professional and well organised, with them orchestrating the whole process and requiring minimal work from me. Grace contacted me regularly and kept me up to date at all times, she was a delight to deal with. I recommend you talk to them if you are thinking about an MVL.

The process could be quite daunting however Grace explained the process, her emails were very clear and was always at the end of the phone if I wanted to check anything.

Do not use! They were paid for services but didn't deliver the promises. They left my company for.the wolves and never checked on me. They reported me to court and made me pay all the liabilities although I was promised that all liabilities will be gone. All lies..dont use please.

The process has been very smooth so far.
Grace could not have been more helpful. She has been able to answer all my questions and has consistently followed up at every stage of the process to keep it on track.

The liquidation is not yet complete, just the documentation, but if the rest of the process is as smooth as the initial steps I will be very impressed.
