Recommending SFP for Ltd Company Liquidation
I decided to close my ltd company due to IR35 rules which impacted my way of working.
My solicitor introduced me to SFP, I was pretty nervous as this felt quite a big deal and HMRC etc etc. I couldn't have been more wrong.
Grace and her colleagues have been brilliant guiding me through the process. It's been clear, quick and relatively simple.

Worked Great for Me
It (closing my LTD with SFP via MVL path) took quite some time and efforts but I must confirm I always received proper instructions and leads. Enough to say that when the person working on my case went on Christmas holidays and I was a bit in panic (nothing serious but stressful for the first timer), I got a fast response from another office member with proper set of instructions and comments - again, quite impressive outcome for the Christmas/New Year period.
The response times were short; instructions clear. I always knew where (i.e. at which stage of the process and what will be the next step) is my case exactly. Clear 5/5

I am in the process of completing a Voluntary Liquidation of my company and have now received the initial distribution.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service given by Grace Burton and Maisie Jones of SFP. The process was well explained and carefully thought through and both of them have been meticulous in following through on commitments and keeping me informed. They have gone out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I have not needed to chase things because they have followed through on everything.
