First distribution received as promised
SFP was recommended by my accountants, Nixon Williams/Caroola. They offer a service where 90% of the funds get distributed 7 days after the liquidation has started.
SFP, in particular Grace, helped make the MVL process relatively simple and I'm very happy to receive the first distribution not long after first getting in contact.
Except for one letter that had to be physically sent, everything else was done on the phone and online.

Not worth the money
Definitely not the easy straightforward experience you would expect for the cost of their services. Forms were sent with incorrect format, delays in replying, administrative errors. Not worth it

The process went swiftly
The process went swiftly. All I am waiting now is for account to do self assessments for 10% entrepreneurs tax discount . I been in employed since Feb 20th 2023 so hopefully this will be taken into consideration with tax assessment.
Definitely pleased though with the swift service and no stress :)

Great experience...
I've found this experience to be really clear to follow with the help provided by SFP. What looks to be complex and daunting at first, is broken down into easily understand parts that all make sense while completing.
SFP have been available at every steps and have been quick to discuss/correct any issues with the documentation.
I'd highly recommend SFP to anyone wishing to complete an MVL.

Great experience so far!
I'm closing my company via MVL, which is a pretty opaque process and was quite confusing to navigate. Grace helped me understand the documentation needed and arranged a solicitor appointment etc. She was very responsive and helpful, and as a result I got my documentation together pretty quickly. I'm now waiting for the final stage of the liquidation to be complete and the funds to be disbursed.
I'd highly recommend SFP Group for MVL (so far!) - after hearing some bad experiences from my friends with other companies I was expecting the process to be a lot worse than it is! I'm hoping the final stages will be as smooth as this stage.
