Lee called who was a pleasure to deal with made switching contracts very smooth
I was called by Lee who was very pleasant to talk to and very informative. He gave me a better deal with British Gas than British Gas could offer and made it very easy to renew my contract. I will definitely deal with Lloyd Energy in the future and hopefully, Lee will assist with my future contracts.

This is the first time I have dealt with Lloyd Energy, and whilst I did find the initial persistent cold calling irritating, once I had been transferred to Patrick who was knowledgeable and polite, we were able to do a deal. I've dealt with Patrick for a number of years now and he has always managed to get me the best deal - I do check! I've found him to be friendly and polite. He is also transparent with his commission costs which is more than I can say for most.
