Ordered Day 2 PCR Test on 10/12/21, arrived 15/12/21 and received results on 18/12/21 - 8 days from ordering! Obviously work and myself not happy about the time it have taken as additional leave needed which is not good when we are already short staffed and was expensive £90 - would have expected a quicker more efficient service for this price.

Ordered rapid antigen fit to fly test. I arrived early and the test was done within 5 minutes. Results received in 2 hours. Good service, very friendly people. I recommend.

I expected more for 100 lbs per test. Samples received by them at 8:30am on Wed. 2 of us got tested. One of our results came back in 36 hours (2pm on Thurs) and the next one around 50 hours (10:30am on Fri). Way too late for our Eurostar trip. No guarantee?. Had to go elsewhere for a faster test. I tried to contact them a few times but no response. I finally got a hold of them via chat room but they basically said our later test was not ready. This place is useless if you want a 48 hour test like required by most places as of this time.

Rapid results, received my Day 2 PCR in less than 24 hours. Way ahead of schedule. Quick and easy booking process.

Very poor service took over 3 days to confirm results and very expensive (75£) other companies are offering for 19£ with next day results

Ordered the 6 hour test. I arrived early and the test was done within 10 minutes. Results arrived in about 5 hours. Great service, friendly people and early delivery of results. Highly recommended for busy people. Time is money and this was worth it.

Good website, one of few that worked and was clear and easy to navigate. Test and results sent quickly and according to description.

Used LCTC for my Day 2 Testing after the new requirements. Opted to use their 3 hour service as I wanted to leave quarantine due to commitments. Received results ahead of time, amazing service. Will definitely recommend to those who want a reliable provider and results in time.

I was one of those people who started entering under new rules imposed on November 30. This center really helped immensely providing results on a supersonic speed which was vital for my conference participation. Totally recommend!

Amazing service! Attended centre for my Fit to Fly and clinician was great. Mannerly and organised system in place. Received my results way ahead of time. Will definitely recommend and use for my future travels.

Test kits arrived in time but this company relies completely on Royal Mail posting times, meaning that you might have to wait longer than 48 hours to get your test results, bear in mind that I am still waiting for my day 2 test results and tomorrow I should take 5 day test ... Customer service non existent. Please avoid this company for your coronavirus tests. It is no worth the hassle

Easy to book but received a telephone call on the booked day asking me to come earlier. I then travelled back from Sussex to Ruislip straight away and went straight to the centre as directed. Phoned the centre to say I was there to have the person who asked me to come early, completely recant his request. He told me that they were fully booked and couldn't fit me in and that I would have to come back for my test at the original booked time.

I was sitting outside the centre which was closed , locked and empty.

I came back early when I could have stayed at my friend's for another hour and half.

When I called the operator out on this and asked where he was, he said it was none of my business and I had no right to complain.

I have the right to complain. I booked the service and paid for it.

This service provider is dreadful, unreliable and the staff in the centre are unfriendly and unhelpful.

Sterling Job on providing the test and acting very professional for observing the rules of test requirements. Received the results in a very reliable and profound way so I was totally happy with the outcome.

Used LCTC for my Day 2 tests for myself and my family. The kits arrived at our hotel and were ready for us to take when we arrived. Swift delivery and service. Received all results within 24 hours once it was delivered to their lab. Will definitely recommend to those who want a reliable provider and stress free!

I do not recommend anyone to use London corona test centre.
I payed 150 pounds for day 2 tests which never arrived.
It’s forth day today and still haven’t received the tests.
I was forced to do another test with a different company.
I’ve requested for a refund and I was told it’s non refundable.
I wondered how many people have been ripped from this company.
Please don’t use this company, they’re scammers!!!

this company shame of gov.co.uk , working more like scam, written reasonable prices, but no service for thats. not recommend use this company.

Really fab staff and very quick and talked my son threw the test great staff 👍

My girlfriend and I used CTC for fit to fly testing for returning to the UK. The instructions said to take a photo of the completed test cartridge and your passport's ID page, which we both did after writing the kit ID on the cartridge. Our photo setup was identical to each others' and to how we'd done this for travel tests in the past with no problem. We then left our accommodation for the day.

In a couple hours she got a negative test result and my photo got rejected for not including the actual barcode sticker on the box that was shipped to us. Nowhere in any instruction we were sent did it say to include this, and my girlfriend got a result just fine without it. We had to interrupt our plans to travel back to the accommodation to take and send another photo to fix this.

If the barcode sticker is a requirement for the submitted photos it should be included in the instructions, and if it isn't then photos shouldn't be rejected for this reason. Either way I don't understand the inconsistency in our feedback.
