Good product, good company to deal with
Product was as discribed, price was slightly more expensive than a retail company (I would have had to drive to collect) so find them good value for money. Knocked them down a star as the delivery company never showed any tracking up to delivery.

Took my money never delivered, ignored my emails
I bought a notepad online in November, I got an email saying it was no longer in stock and would I be happy to wait 2 weeks or have a refund. I said I was happy to wait. A few weeks passed and nothing. So I emailed them and still no response. They have ignored the two emails I sent. So took my money and didn’t send me the item, not great stuff. It wasn’t high value but it would make me think again if I was ordering something expensive.

I can see from our records however you were refunded in full on December 18th and left a voicemail letting you know this had been done. Your refund receipt has also been emailed to you with the date of the refund.
During the Christmas period we do experience supplier delays and I am sorry we were not able to provide you with the product in a timely manner.

Stickers
I bought stickers from them for a project. Delivery was as quick as they possibly can (during holidays) and products are as advertised. I saw that they’ve got a whole selection of pens and other supplies. Their store appears worth a visit

Non-existent customer service
I was excited to find this, as I need somewhere to get art supplies and was impressed with the range. I signed up and was promised a 10% discount. When I applied this code at checkout, I was told it was not valid. I was also given another code giving me free shipping as I spent more than £30. When I applied this code at checkout, I was told it was not valid.
And so, as a brand new customer who 'signed up', I had no 10% off, and having spend considerably more than £30 I still had to pay for delivery.
I emailed to ask if my payment could be amended accordingly, and no one even had the courtesy to acknowledge my message.
This is such disappointing customer service that I shall not be returning.

I am so sorry to hear about the experience you have had with us. Looking at our email records we are unable to find the email you sent to us regarding you discount code issue however I can explain why these codes did not work for you.
It is outlined in our T&Cs for our discount codes that only one can be applied to each order however the free delivery code would remain valid for your next order if you used the NEW10 discount and vice versa. I am so sorry for any disappointment caused by the terms of these promotions and we of course apologise that we were not able to assist you further in this matter at the time of the issue.
If you can email info@londongraphics.co.uk with your order number on this occasion we will be able to honour whichever code was not applied. We really appreciate your feedback and will we be taking it on board.
