Excellent Service - online and in person
London Graphic Centre provided fantastic service. I received my order when stated, the pens were well packaged and also a very competitive price. I found myself ordering online from them because I had visited there Covent Garden store the week earlier where I also received great service and advice that led to me using Winsor and Newton alcohol markers. They are fantastic, exactly what I asked for and the am very glad I now know that this is the place to visit for art supplies, both online and in person.

I’m going to be honest I’m not massively impressed with the delivery of my products. I ordered a pen in my order as well as extra ink and after my order had dispatched they had told me that the pen was out of stock and that they might get a new shipment in 1-2 weeks so I just decided to get the refund for the pen but that has left me with just the ink for a pen I don’t have which I wouldn’t have ordered unless the pen came. I also ordered a pencil in this order which was £4 which is a lot for one pencil but I came not wrapped in any extra protection and now the led is broken all the way through so is unusable I would if expected a better delivery system for a shop which would ship this sort of stuff often but I guess not. Offer than that the rest of my products arrived okay and it came in good time.

A treasure trove in the heart of the West End
There is always great service here in my opinion, and the staff are passionate and knowledgeable about art and the range of products sold. Both online and in-store I love to browse and see what's new.

Difficult to see what is ordered and to find the correct info.
I was looking at the charcoal blocks which were shown as what I presumed was a set of three, with a different colour option for the bottom one shown. I did not think it was just for one piece.
Also the tracing paper pad was difficult to understand what was involved

First Order - Very Positive Result
This was the first time I'd ordered from London Graphic Centre, and I was delighted to find Daler Rowney Mount Board in their sale, in the exact colour I wanted. I placed the order with no difficulty, and was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the service.
I had one small query about the delivery method, which was answered immediately and all proceeded very smoothly.
I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
