I reserved a Double Bed Studio in Fulham Palace Studios but when I arrived I was assigned into a Twin Studio. Nevertheless, Paula from London Nest was a great help and offered me a couple of solutions to make my staying more comfortable and suitable to my demands. It's great to have someone so nice, empathic and professional helping you in these kind of scenarios!

I had contact with several agencies or private people, but at the end Londonnest was definitevely the best option to go for. I had contact with Saifur and Paula. They are very reliable and quick in answering. They are also very human, you don't feel like a number when you have contact with them.
At the moment of the payment, I felt a bit suspicious with the "paytostudy" system, but I was wrong, everything went well. Thanks to Londonnest, I found a good place to stay and I can enjoy my time in London.

Solucionaron todos mis problemas con una gran eficacia y amabilidad. Había contratado mi estancia en una residencia y estaba en malas condiciones. Rápidamente vinieron a ver la situación de la habitación (una persona encantadora he de decir) y al día siguiente ya me habían ofrecido otra posible residencia a la que cambiarme, en la cual por cierto, estoy muy contenta.

I have been working with Saif the last couple days to find me a room while I am studying abroad, and he has been the most helpful person. He got me the room and location I wanted to stay in, and was so responsive the whole time. He answered all of my questions, and was great the whole time. Overall, super awesome service on their end!
