Great way of saving money whether through save, grow account methods. Easy means of cashing in at the end of stipulated period.

It's very useful

Extremely disappointing experience – £200 taken and no response
I used Loqbox in 2024 and initially signed up for £20 per month for 12 months. I cancelled after around two months. At the time, I was told that I would need to pay a £30 fee to access the £40 I had saved, so I decided it was not worthwhile.
Recently, I was shocked to discover that 10 separate payments of £20 (£200 in total) had been taken from my bank account by Loqbox.
I tried to redeem the money through my Loqbox account, but the system repeatedly displayed a server error, preventing me from accessing my money.
I contacted customer service and provided the proof they requested. Unfortunately, after I provided the requested evidence, they stopped responding to my emails.
This is extremely frustrating and concerning. I have £200 taken from my bank account, I cannot redeem it because of a technical error, and customer service has stopped communicating with me.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Loqbox carefully checks their account and bank statements and makes sure they fully understand what payments may continue after cancelling.
I hope Loqbox sees this review and finally contacts me to explain why these payments were taken and to return/release my £200.

Easy to use.

You can save money and improve your credit score at the same time.

I have been saving with Loqbox for over 12 months, but I am now struggling to access my own money. I have already explained to their team that I have an existing TSB account, which I used to receive my first savings payout.

Despite this, I am being asked to open another account with one of their partner banks, TSB or Santander, to receive my savings. I was also told that refusing to do so could result in a £30 deduction from my savings.

I find this extremely frustrating and unfair. This is my hard-earned money, which I have saved consistently for over a year, and I should not have to open another bank account to access it..I am disappointed upon several email sent to the customer support team no reply or steps to get my issue resolved

I hope Loqbox can resolve this issue promptly and provide a clear explanation of why I cannot receive my money into my existing TSB account or other without being charged £30.

Abhorrent - charging vulnerable people to increase their credit score.

I opened an account and its a mess and confusing for some and not advisable. I immediately closed the addons.

I noticed other charges from them and contacted them and they stated they did not have any idea of the money they took . I had to contact my bank to find out there was a second account I did not set up.

They state I need to contact the police before they will refund even though I have reported this through my bank.

Luckily I did contact my bank as thy addon I cancelled they keep trying to take funds out of my bank account. I still have £120 unauthorised funds missing from my bank.

They had the audacity to ask if I set the other account up. Why would I ask you about funds taken from my account I had no idea of why and when I checked the account I did open there was no information regarding those accounts. If I opened that account then I would have cancelled anything with in 14 days.

Very easy to use and more reliable. It really helps me building my credit score. To crown it all, you're saving at the same time building your credit score. This is so magnificent.

It always helps me with Xmas no worrying about presents it's sorted.my credit score gets better every year. The app is brilliant and easy to navigate.and you can save any amount you like. I have been with loqbox for a few years now and would highly recommend it. Join it even if you use it just as a Xmas box. 10/10 for me.

I didnt know as it did NOT come up anywhere but stopping the savings pot does not stop membership and if they had told me that 4 days ago id have made sure it was all done.

The last of the money in my account just went out to loqbox this morning, I was going to use that last £15 for groceries, oh well guess the kids dont actually need to eat eh

I think it a great idea

Great application to build your credit rating and in process save some money. It really works!

I was ignorant of what Loqbox was doing and signed up anyway yet they so far have not been a con . Respect.
