I raised a formal complaint with LOQBOX…
I raised a formal complaint with LOQBOX on 16 August 2026 concerning four LOQBOX/DDC agreements, the money I had paid, adverse credit reporting and the way my circumstances had been handled.
Since then, I have provided extensive additional information to help LOQBOX locate the accounts, confirmed all four agreements, supplied previous addresses and email details, and followed up repeatedly asking for confirmation of the complaint reference, the account history, the basis of the adverse credit reporting and a substantive response.
Despite this, I have still not received a substantive response to the complaint.
What is particularly concerning is seeing LOQBOX actively responding to recent Trustpilot reviews and directing customers to the same support email address while my existing formal complaint remains unresolved.
I have kept a complete written record of the correspondence and will escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service if it is not resolved within the applicable complaint-handling timeframe.
I would simply like LOQBOX to properly investigate the complaint, explain the reporting on all four agreements, correct any inaccurate information and provide a substantive written response.
Concerningly, the automatic response to reviews here directs customers back to LOQBOX Support. That is exactly where I have already been dealing with this complaint, through multiple different representatives, and it is the same support route that has so far failed to provide a substantive resolution. I can also see other reviewers being directed back to the same channel, which raises obvious questions about how effective that escalation route actually is.
