Good luck trying to cancel
My credit score never improved. I tried to leave and they continue to keep taking money from me. I get a link to downgrade my plan to 'lite' but there is no sign of this. Whenever I reach out to ask them to help with downgrading my plan, I'm ignored.
Will be going through my bank to recover my money. Would not recommend.

Credit score improved greatly.
Initially joined loqbox for my credit score and it certainly did the magic. 3years later I'm using it for my savings and I intend to do so for as long as I can. Great experience so far.

Worked away fine until trying to cancel.
I’m sure I tried 3 times in the portal but it was minimum 2.
I emailed to say and they just mentioned using the portal, I said I’ve already done that.
Waiting for a reply, I’ve never missed a payment before until now and they have ruined my credit score after spending hundreds of£
