I’ve had a really good experience with LOQBOX. It’s been a helpful way to build my credit history and manage my payments at the same time. The process was straightforward, and I found everything easy to understand.
Customer service has also been helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I’d recommend LOQBOX to anyone looking for a simple way to work on improving their credit history.

A shocking experience poor customer services and very expensive to use they charge £30 just to close your savings account £30 a month to report to credit agents and £2.99 a week for doing nothing my advice stay clear build your own credit score these are not worth it if you got bad credit you can't afford it

To clarify, Loqbox Grow is a 0% APR line of credit and does not carry a separate monthly fee. The monthly Grow repayment covers the Loqbox Membership fees and optional bolt-on billed through Grow.
Loqbox Membership costs £2.99 per week and provides access to our credit building tools, and the opportunity to earn a free Flexi Unlock after 26 consecutive weekly payments. Grow reports repayment activity to the three main UK credit reference agencies to help members build their credit history.
Bolt-ons are optional paid extras. For example, the Gold Bolt-on costs £20 per month and increases the Grow credit limit, increases the amount a member can save and provides access to the Nooli financial wellbeing app. A higher credit limit also help reduce credit utilisation.
For Loqbox Save, members can redeem their savings for free by opening an account with one of our partner banks. Alternatively, transferring savings into an existing bank account normally requires the £30 Flexi Unlock option. Members who make 26 consecutive weekly Membership payments receive a free Flexi Unlock into an existing bank account.

Brilliant, my score has gone up and I’ve been accepted for credit. I also save some money at the end of the year I completely forget about thanks to loqbox. If you’re trying to build back your credit definitely try it, it works.

Savvy Savings and Credit building
The company allows you to work on your credit without needing a great credit history. They outsource to credit companies and can also get you checks that don't affect your credit score to see if you can get a credit card. I personally use loqbox membership and loqbox save. The membership is a good money trail for credit companies, and loqbox save builds my credit by setting savings as a direct debit. And because it's set up as a loan, you get a boost to your credit score from just using loqbox to save some money. By far the greatest company to get you up from off of the floor and enter the credit game

Thieving bunch taking advantage of people in a bad situation is what these people are! Cost me a fortune then charged me to get my money back! Easier ways to improve your credit. Keep your money guys, I spent over £150 with these people, haven’t seen any benefit! Customer service couldn’t care less.

A few things could be easier to understand - for example the price plans for standard membership of bolt-ons can be a bit confusing..
Other than that, they do a great job at what they do and also are one of the market leaders in their field.
Help is always prompt and swift and also the service does what it says. I've had no issues and continue to use it today...

Irresponsible Sign Up Without My Consent
I had used them previously and it had raised my credit. I was asking questions about Loqbox Grow and the monthly prices including Bolt ons. Within minutes of sending that email, I received another one stating my free trial had started. I never actioned this personally. I received another email back stating I could cancel it through my account, which I did. It could have only been actioned by Daisy from her side. If that hadn’t had happened, I would have taken both Loqbox Grow and Save. But that harsh selling and irresponsibility with somebody else’s financial information, without my explicit consent, has left a very funny taste in my mouth.
