TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. Total waste of money. I purchased a necklace from Loquet in July, wore it only a few times, and despite taking great care of it, the piece fell from my neck within two months. What followed has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
I contacted Loquet multiple times with absolutely no correspondence or updates.
When I went into the store to arrange a repair, the customer service was unacceptable. The sales assistant could not answer basic questions about repair timelines, and their attitude was rude, unhelpful, and uninformed. My first two calls to the store provided no information whatsoever. I eventually spoke to the manager, who was polite and reassuring, but I never received any further updates. I was told repairs take six to eight weeks, something I should have been informed of in store.
I called again on Monday the 1st and the brand manager apologised and assured me I would receive an update. It is now Friday the 5th, more than two months later, and I have still heard nothing.
The complete lack of communication, care, and professionalism is shocking. I expect far better from a brand working with such high-value products. I will not be purchasing from Loquet again.
