I have bought 3 titles so far..from start to finish the transaction was faultless. 3 months later I needed a separate copy of one certificate, they sent me an email and posted out next day first class..
I wholeheartedly recommend this company..many thanks..

Ordered another for my partner after purchasing one for my secret santa and this one arrived within 3-5 days. Everything included as it should and great communication from the company regarding delivery. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future

I downloaded a .PDF of the certificate which was a great option. I really don’t mind waiting for the actual one to arrive via snail mail. This is better then nothing really.

I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt here but my order said it was dispatched on dec 6 and it still has not arrived. 😞 I’m afraid I may have been scammed. No tracking number or anything. I’ll update if anything changes.

Bought a premium lord pack on the 14th December and was apparently dispatched on the 15th. Their site stated that the last day for pre-christmasy delivery (which was advised by Royal Mail was the 19th December).

I am still yet to receive the certificate and have contacted support to resolve this. If purchasing, do not expect to receive this in a timely manner that is if you actually receive them at all.

They sent the certificate via first class knowing of the mail strike. They didn't bother to send it as tracked delivery. Shame as I paid £52.85 for 2 x sheets of paper that doesn't cost anything to them.
Shame on you !

Placed an order on the 29 November 22 and it said it had been shipped on the 30th November. No received the item. Tried to contact company many time via on line and no response and phone doesn’t work. Do not use

Very disappointed bought premium pack for granddaughters birthday never received. Still waiting response from customer service despite allowing over a month for delivery

It’s all a gimmick. Just a bit of fun. Banks failed to recognise the Title along with any other officials.

So it’s all a banter. Maybe a nice little gift to someone. But you are never a Lord.

Took some time to get that "no quibble refund", but eventually they did it. Upgrading my review accordingly. Fair is fair.

I was first thrown of because PayPal is not an accepted method of payment, but it turned out to be a good deal! Shipping to Central Europe (it is shipped by Royal Mail) took around 2 weeks regardless of the brexit and corona happening in the meantime.

I was surprised to find not only a certificate being shipped (which looks great, printed with shiny letters) but also a multi-page booklet about the title and the estate. Good job!

Perfect in every way. 1. High quality and great looking certificates. 2. Good price. 3. Close to Manchester in case I would wanna visit some day and 4. Impeccable customer service. I made a mistake in the order and they changed it free of charge. 5. Fast delivery (to Germany).

I had a few deliveries problems, but I suspect it was not their fault. Either way, they’ve resent my title 2 times and it finally arrived.
Their customer services team is fabulous and the title in itself is nice.
