The fault with my 12 year old Hotpoint washing machine was effectively repaired. Scott did an excellent job. He had a very pleasant manner and left everything clean and tidy.

Very quick and effective service. My 7 year old washing machine had a faulty valve and the technician had the part in the van, so changed it in the moment and problem solved. The technician kindly answered some random questions I had about how to look after as well. Paid by card which it was useful. Reasonable cost. The customer service was great, finding a next day slot and keeping me updated on the arrival of the technician. Great service!
