First communication was excellent, you can say it’s as good as large organisations like Amazon and DPD and what ever they said will do they did exactly that. The engineer identified the problem told me all I need to know about it, after he left I received date when will the part arrive and how much, I paid for the part then a date was given. The engineer came out on that date arrived at the time the text said replacement was made the story end the engineer was very knowledgeable polite respectful of your home and made sure I knew all I needed to know. I have no hesitation. What so ever to use them again.

Scott arrived on time and was polite and helpful. Checked the issue, confirmed the problem, had the part ready and fitted quickly and easily. Done and dusted in 20 minutes max. Excellent service, and far cheaper than a whole new appliance!

Had Ross out to repair our washing machine today. He was very pleasant, helpful, efficient and tidy, had it repaired super quick, spoke me through the issue and showed he it was now working as expected which was so reassuring. Loved that we were able to track the appointment window in real time too, have had a great experience with Lothian Domestics and would highly recommend

New washing machine making very loud spinning noises which turned out to be an unlocked foot that had not been carried out on delivery. You should note on delivery of a washing machine that transit bolts are removed and all 4 feet are firmly adjusted to the correct height and also locked in place. Will not mention the purchase company involved but would like to advise on this subject.

Both engineers were on time, polite just a shame it’s taken two call outs to hopefully fix the problem with a new, hardly ever used dryer especially as each time an engineer comes out the dryer needs unstacked
