Very prompt with replies
Very prompt with replies. However a bit of confusion regarding delivery. When purchasing from the website it said no delivery available until November so we opted for pick up in July as we don’t have time til then (we would be travelling from NSW to Brisbane warehouse). We then received an email that the lounge was ready for pick up ASAP. Upon explaining this to the company we were then able to arrange delivery in the following week although the website said not available til November. Very confusing, but very happy with the service and prompt replies to any queries or concerns. The lounge is comfy and of good quality.

Great service and product.
From purchase to delivery, lounge lovers was extremely good at communication and delivery updates. The delivery driver was really lovely and friendly and the product is of really high quality at a reasonable price. I loved the live tracking app so I wasn’t sitting around waiting all day.

From the beginning, the staff at the Geelong store and online were very helpful, informative, and professional. The discounts offered were excellent and greatly appreciated.

We absolutely love these couches
We absolutely love these couches! Not only do they look great but they are so functional.
We purchased them for when the boys come over to watch the World Cup soccer in the media room. Because they also convert to mattresses, they can also sleep over when the games go into the early hours of the morning.
The whole communication process was also fantastic from placing of the order, answering queries promptly, right up to delivery notifications.
We highly recommend Lounge Lovers and their products!

Delivered on time friendly service quality product the arm chair l bought.
I would like to purchase the same chair so comfortable it was Linda Accent chair.
The only thing is delivery cost was high given second thoughts on another. Still thinking about lt regret not purchasing two at the same time. I will probably get the second one.
