Poor, vague, confused
If you live in a regional area, don't bother with this company. They seem unable to manage the apparent complexities of transport logistics. I am now up to 32 days of waiting for my lounge. I did get a lounge a couple of weeks ago, but it was the wrong one, even though the box has about 8 large labels saying what it is. They seem confused about what to do. They have been great at communicating that nothing is happening. A process that lacks real personal customer service - maybe they offshore the support team? There's a gap between support and what's happening on the ground.
I'm expecting more mistakes and have not been assured by them that this will be resolved any time soon.

Do not use lounge lovers
I received two products, and unfortunately both arrived damaged. I was expected to pay a handling fee to return items that were faulty on arrival. I was initially assured that I would receive a full refund, but after following up a week later, I was informed that only store credit would be offered instead.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, communication was inconsistent, and the product quality did not meet expectations. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.
