Jordan came to my new build home in Wymondham to fix a broken toilet roll holder and noticed my front door was stiff to open. Not only did he resolve the issue but he gave it a service too. It’s now like a brand new door.
Rather than leaving as soon as he sorted the job he was here to do, he went above and beyond to help resolve another issue before it became a big problem.
He was also polite and friendly which always helps too when letting someone into your home. Thanks! ☺️

Staffs are very helpful. Explain everything what we asked for. Making sure we are getting the right information. Always available for discussion and feedback. Highly recommended

Marris and Rob were absolutely great - very conscientious, efficient, clean and explained everything to us from the initial problem to the best resolution. There were personable, very clean I'm the most fastidious in terms of cleanliness and did not have to clean after them at all.
They also arrived early, but waited for us to be ready. Couldn't fault them at all.

This review is not for the time we had to wait for the developers to come, otherwise it would’ve been 1 star, but because of how lovely Mr Andy Beech was, and how he went out of his way to ensure our property was working properly, was something I admire greatly.

Into our second in 5 years Lovell’s home in Holt, Norfolk. We have had exceptional and caring support as an elderly couple from site manager Dave, Sales executive Bonnie and joiner Neal plus other staff onsite. The house is beautifully finished and we would highly recommend the service and standards offered,

Lovell homes appear to have paid a contractor to illegally clear a site they were waiting for planning permission on. They destroyed bird nesting sites, bat habitats. They did this on Saturday and Sunday in March 2026, so the council planning department could not be contacted. The contractors told me they had a license, and were being paid by Lovell. The council are investigating as no license had been issued, and wildlife crimes have potentially been committed. What other corners do they try and cut when building houses?

Thank you for your response, a shame you didn't answer my email request for the information so I didn't need to go public.
My parish council are investigating. There seems a lot of confusion about the licence. This is their current response:
"- The NYC planning staff had NO prior knowledge of the work carried out at the weekend - claims of a signed licence from NYC are untrue, according to the NYC planners; and being done at a weekend as it was has raised further questions (being investigated - see below).

- NYC enforcement officers have agreed to immediately investigate what has happened, including investigation of possible planning and wildlife/conservation regulation breaches, and the matter of the work being done on a Saturday and Sunday is also being investigated.

Of course, much damage to the site has now already been done, and if this is the landowner carrying out the work independently, then they are probably well within their rights (stand-fast any wildlife habitat destruction aspects)".

Purchase process has been smooth right from the start, Bella at Edward’s Birch has gone above and beyond, answering all my questions about house type & site.

We were the 1st buyers of a Lovell Homes in New Brighton, Mold Flintshire. Whilst we had no problem with Simone and Mel in Sales we have had problems since. We decided to use their company for the flooring even though we thought it was expensive. Carpets and Karden flooring in excess of £7000!! A few weeks later we inadvertently received an email saying that plots 4 to 9 (we were plot 3 with plots 1 and 2 being the showhouses)would receive up to £5000 towards the cost of their flooring. We complained and were then offered £4000 off the price. They would not give us the £5000 as they had installed a dishwasher which we had not requested as the kitchen had already been installed. We had to argue to get an outside tap which most new build companies install as the norm....Lovells said only 4 and 5 bedroom houses had this automatically. Since this we notice that all houses have the tap!! We bought a Haldon house but plots 5, 7, and 9 which are also Haldon have now had hedging across the top of their gardens. We haven't had this so we complained that as we have paid the same for the house we should also have the hedging. Their answer is 'its not on the plan' but we again feel discriminated against as we were never shown the actual plans. The planning department also needs to review their decisions...a paved area was put right outside the kitchen window..when asked what was this for their answer was 'to put a shed'!! Who wants a shed directly outside their kitchen window!!! Be very wary of buying off this company!!,

Just had Maris and Jordan over fixing some snags. Both of them were a pleasure to host and did a sterling job sorting out some touch ups in the property. Whilst I've had back and forth on snags for some rime, the team have been very supportive and it has been a positive experience. Maris and Jordan offer a professional and personal touch and are great representatives of Lovell.

Throughout the journey I received advice and help, Jacqueline was always available to question on any thoughts I had, and offered her time and the time of the site team to answer my queries. The show homes are beautifully presented and the Bothwell felt perfect as my choice to purchase. The plan of the house is considered and well executed. I was fortunate to receive a deposit incentive which has helped tremendously and I look forward to many years of happy living, thank you.

I've recently reserved my new home at Laurel Gate with the Early Bird scheme and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish.

I recently placed a reservation on a beautiful Lovell home at Central Square, Winchburgh, and the whole experience has been excellent. From the very first handshake to signing the reservation documents, Jacqueline McPhee was absolutely on the ball. She was polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout. Every question I had — and there were plenty — was answered confidently and without delay. Her professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. A real credit to Lovell Homes.

We dealt with Lorraine and from start to finish she was excellent , helpful & very knowledgeable , we would recommend her highly and are delighted with our new home.

We have only reserved our plot so far so cant comment on anything after this point just yet but the experience we have had so far has been excellent. Nikki at Oakwood Edge has been really great, very friendly and approachable with all our questions as first time buyers. Excited for the next steps and Nikki was very informative and knowledgeable about everything that will happen going forward.

Bella was absolutely fabulous! We talked everything through clearly and with great knowledge. She allayed some of my concerns with kindness and good understanding. She couldn’t have been anymore helpful; a true asset to your team!
